We purchased a 26ft box truck from Enterprise car sales

We purchased a 26ft box truck from Enterprise car sales in Merriam, KS on August 2024.Our salesman was Matt O'Neill. This was supposed to be a well serviced truck. This truck went into service in October 2023. Within a month the A/C compressor went out, that was $3000. We thought that we would get at least a year or so worth of service before any repairs, not so. The truck shutdown on us and wouldn't regen, that was $2500 to fix. The alternator went out, electrical issues and so on. So far we've spent $12,000 fixing this "well serviced" truck within 10 months of purchase. Finally engine problems. We purchased a worthless warranty that they offered through NTP that was about $4500 and are currently fighting them to fix our truck! Do yourself a favor and not go here. This was supposed to be a well maintained fleet truck that they sold us!!

Devon Powers did an incredible job

Exceptional Customer Service!

We worked with Matthew, Zach, and Brandon and had a great experience. This was one of my best car buying experiences as everyone was extremely professional without any pressure on purchasing. Excellent Service. Excellent Cars. Great Price.

So you think by purchasing a car from a rental company you won't get top-of-the-line or luxury vehicles? Think again! WE just pruchased a brand-new 2014 Ford Explorer-limited with DVD players in the headrests. The car is awesome! Tim and Brandon are fantastic at what they do. They understand customer service and exhibited that throughout the buying experience. They are vey knowledgeable about the car buying process and truly try to make the process smooth and pain-free (no one can delete the department of transportation forms and the forms from your financial institution - we purchased through Mazuma Credit Union, which is a phenomenal credit union). The price was thousands below what a 'regular' dealer would charge! You walk away with equity in your car! How cool is that!? Great Experience! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic service

I just purchased a 2012 Chevy Captiva. The customer service was excellent even those who weren't working with you made sure you were comfortable and would ask if you needed anything. I've. been to this Enterprise. Before and this was my second time coming back to purchase another vehicle after an accident. It's was so easy, no stress and they care about your needs. New Car Experience

I am very happy with my experience at Enterprise in Merriam. Both Chris and Brandon were great at providing me the answers I needed to make the decision and then were great with all the details. We had to order the SUV from another state which adds more questions but Chris and Brandon did a great job and when the SUV came in, the process was fast and efficient. I love the no hassle pricing and the great customer service that I recieved.

Great Service

I just bought my first car with Enterprise and was very satisfied with the process. Both Chris and Brandon were excellent, professional and customer focused. I had to order the car from another state and even though it took too long and I was impatient the team at Enterprise were very helpful and once the SUV came in, the process went very smoothly and fast. I love the no haggle pricing. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone !!

Excellent experience!

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Merriam store. Chad Edwards did a great job of getting me set up in the Jeep and Brandon Hunley was awesome to work with on the paperwork side. They both made the experience fast and painless and since the prices are haggle free there was really no stress felt on my part. After getting the Jeep back home I noticed a flaw in the tire and wheel. I contacted Brandon and with the help of Matthey Barnes had a new tire put on as well as the wheel buffed out to new condition. All of the staff went above and beyond what my expectations were and I will be referring friends and co workers their way!
