Beware of this dealer.

Beware of this dealer. If you choose to purchase a car from them make sure to pull a carfax report. I test drove a car and was told the car had no accidents and was a 1 owner car. I purchased a carfax when I got home and the vehicle had been in 2 major car accidents and there were 4 previous owners.

Update, had a minor issue with are new/used car.

Update, had a minor issue with are new/used car. The folks at fusion Immediately returned my phone call and immediately fixed the issue. No questions asked my experience just keeps getting better and better with fusion. Auto will recommend it to family and friends

It wouldn't have passed an inspection

Our family purchased a car from here since our main car was in the shop for longer than what we wanted to spend on rentals. At first it seemed like a great deal. Though we had to jump through hoops for them. Cash only, had to drive to the DMV ourselves for the plates and registration , can't imagine how you could get a car from there with no friends with cars. After the first two weeks our alternate failed. That's completely understandable with a used car, there is no way of knowing when it will go. However we were about 45 minutes minimum from them and it was after hours. We called a towing company and had it towed to the nearest "shop" to us. The next day we called fusion to let them know and inquire about the warranty. They said they would only honor it if it was towed to them. At that point we had already spent $300 to get it towed only a few miles up the road. They said the warranty only applied if they fixed it themselves. At this point we were upset but maybe they had something in the contract I missed. The minute I mentioned that I'll have a lawyer read over the contract they became hostile. With that we took out car for inspection because we were concerned about what else might be an issue. After the inspection they flat out told us it should not have passed with the amount of rust on the middle frame that protected the transmission. (There is a name for it that I forget) We understand small businesses trying to make money, but this is a vehicle that we expected to drive our kids in. It ended up needing over $4000 in repairs from brakes, springs, struts, outer tire rods, transmission fluids, brake fluids, differential fluids...all within the first 2 months. On top of that we were told the car had no accidents. After buying car fax we learned that there was indeed 1 accident (though it may have been minor)

Total junk

Long story short. We bought a jeep wrangler from Rob. Sales went great on that end. As soon as we pulled out of the dealer check engine light goes on. We bring it back and they so called fixed it and changed the oil. xxxxxxxxx, they turned the light off. Within a month we had to bring it back to them 5 times, all for check engine issues. They said they fixed but didnt. From day 1 I told them there was a ticking issue, they never addressed the issue, just kept doing oil changes. Well after 1 month the motor craps the bed. They would not honor there sold called crap warranty they sold me for an additional 1000.00 dollars. Sooo 6500.00 dollars later out of my pocket we now have a good jeep with a new motor that was installed at a real dealership. There "shop" is not a shop, it's a bunch of people who know nothing about cars. Supposely I was supposed to get my money back for the warranty but have not seen anything now in a month. Oh and they blocked my cell phone number. Do not and i mean do not buy a vehicle from them. Customer service is a joke and they sell junk. Oh and by the way this was my daughters first time dealing with a car dealership... My guess is she won't go back to a small dealer ever again.

Good purchase/good sales people.

Mike was very helpful, not pushy salesman. No follow up e-mails, calls, texts. After test drive/ checking over the car wanted to think it over and called twice with questions answered & carfax. Had a price I could afford; after second test drive purchased car. Mike took care of plates, registration, etc. Thanks Mike for a pleasant car purchase experience.

Terrible cars, terrible customer service!

Save yourself a lot of trouble and money by shopping elsewhere!!! I bought a car and the check engine light came on within a day for a major engine problem, they can't even print a legit receipt at their "repair" shop. They don't fix the problem, just turn the light off. They don't return emails or calls. Still dealing with this nightmare.
