I've waited over a year to post this. Fusion Auto is a dirty company. Buyer beware they are shady. I purchased a vehicle in January, 2025 for my family. On the surface all looked good. 19 days after purchase the transmission went. The vehicle could not be driven. I called fusion auto the same night, spoke with Mike, he was the salesman we had. Mike was told of the situation and he said "let me look into this and I'll call you tomorrow". We'll tomorrow never came. My daughter and I both called and given the same runaround. After time passed I located Rob Benedetto, Owner and sent him a message. He immediately called me. We were in contact for about three weeks. He wants to help. His help consisted of trying to locate a transmission. He found a few. The car was already at Ammco Transmission. I ordered a remanufactured transmission. Rob was looking for a used transmission. He found a few with limited warranty and he wanted me to bring the van to a different garage. He said he would have a check on Monday. I called the office, no check. After a week of calling and still no check. After a week and no phone call or check. I completed DMV form VS-35. dmv representative told me that a car sold by a dealer, there is a 6000 mile or 6 month guarantee that the car is safe and in good working condition. The van had 150k miles so it did not qualify for the lemon law. I provided very detailed information and included the receipts. He has been investigated, and the DMV inspector did say that they found evidence the transmission was bad, plus a magnitude of other issues. The court date was 4/28/26. I am just waiting to see the decision A quick breakdown of the issues bad transmission and catalytic converter. I cannot stress this enough. He owns a dealership that in the end will clear codes to make it appear all is good. ... My daughter redirected the decision today and he is liable for $5000 to be paid to my daughter. Rob stupid"I've been doing this for 25 years and I know what the law is. Well 16 months later he found out what the law is. Don't let him bully you, you have rights. THE DMV FORM IS VS-35. PLEASE KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. •

Stopped by to look into a used vehicle for ny daughter. Met w Mike Ronin. Nicest guy! When I went to do all the paperwork to purchase it, there was a condescending man an attitude portrayed that women are stupid. It did not go over well! We had words when I called him out on his attitude(witnessed by title clerk) I got up snd walked out with him coming out after me still spewing rude remarks. I left and called Mike to ask him why he had such a jerk working for him. Mike fixed things and came in ti make the deal with me because my daughter wanted that car (😘) He was fantastic and apologetically sincere so I bought the car. If not for Mike, there would never have been a deal! Stay clear if not Mike Ronin.

I worked with Kevin and Mike when I was in a pinch for a new vehicle after mine was deemed a total loss after hitting a deer. They were very patient as I could not decide between several vehicles. Their vehicles are very clean and priced right. I am very happy with my new vehicle.

My uncle and I had a very good experience with searching for a vehicle. They were very nice, attentive and very welcoming. My uncle found and purchased a Jeep Patriot. The process was smooth and clear from start to finish. I highly recommend Fusion Auto Sales if you're looking for a vehicle.

Beware of this dealer. If you choose to purchase a car from them make sure to pull a carfax report. I test drove a car and was told the car had no accidents and was a 1 owner car. I purchased a carfax when I got home and the vehicle had been in 2 major car accidents and there were 4 previous owners.

Update, had a minor issue with are new/used car. The folks at fusion Immediately returned my phone call and immediately fixed the issue. No questions asked my experience just keeps getting better and better with fusion. Auto will recommend it to family and friends
