Well, we bought our 2006 Highlander back in the Spring of 2018. We wanted to give a fair review and wait to see if we made a good purchase. Our conclusion,... is YES. Overall, the car salesman was very nice to my wife and I and we were so relieved that there was no hidden added costs or fees to the price to our vehicle as other car dealers had charged. They went the extra mile for us by even changing a couple of tires so that we would have a better ride. Knock on wood, 6 months later, we can say we truly love this truck. It was the best purchase for us and we love driving it. Thank you Frontline109 for a great deal.
Went to Frontline to look at a Tahoe. Called first and asked if car was clean/non-smoker. Got there car was heavily smoked in with burn holes all over.... Said ok standard sales stuff. Went to look another time for a GMC Acadia. Salesman was helping others and ignoring me. Finally asked if I needed help told him I was looking for a car I did not see. He said all cars listed on internet are updated daily. Told him car I wanted he said sold it last night. In the meantime two people who were test driving came back in two different cars and he proceeded to park then in such a way as to block my car in. Then said I did not leave enough room for his customers. Really ?? What was I? So I asked him to move the car so I could get out. He took another 10 mins to do that. So ya I took my time getting out to use his time up the same way he did to me. I did kind o enjoy the expression on his face of anger when I moved and him honking the horn at me to go faster. I will never go back and I have never written a review but his attitude was so poor I felt it was worth my time to do this. I also believe on carguru they do not allow bad reviews as mine got kicked out for writing the truth. So do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
I seen a car on the website I was interested in I sent an email request about the car I was contacted by Mike the following morning. I went down that evening... about 45 min before closing,Mike was gone for the day. I met Arthur who handed me the keys to check the car out. I liked the car and told him I will be back the following day. The next day I went back test drove the car and the car felt brand new, looked good drove good no issues. I told Arthur I wanted it , we worked out a price for my trade in and the vehicle and the following day I went in and the car was ready for pick up. From start the finish no issues no haggling about price no pressure and I drove away a happy customer. If your're looking for a good vehicle visit Frontline Auto. Very dissatisfied about, Not being taken seriously. I called a week ahead and a day ahead beforei shouwed up to test drive a vehicle, the salesman said... they would be in on a certain, day stop in. The day before to double check, I called, and a salesman said the vehicle was in a shop it will be ready tomorrow. Short side was the vehicle was burried in the back of the lot with no intention of getting it out. Was lied too. The truck wasn't at the shop or ready for a drive. Looking for months and lots of research.. A serious $23k dollar puchase. I'm guessing they don't care. People with Dignity still goes along ways...
Earnie at this point all I can offer is a sincere apology about your bad experience with us,it seems as some new sales people are in order for our com...pany,as they are a direct reflection of us and it is not at all how Frontline should be conveyed,we really strive to keep our customers happy and try to make sure the process goes as smooth as possible,we messed this one up up big time so again....sorry...I am not going to give you the excuses my sales team gave me,witch was a bunch for this case and none held water,if by chance you would like to call and discuss this as I would like to offer you something for your frustration and waste of time with Frontline,please feel free to and thank you and sorry again
with the purchase of my 05 Silverado...my credit was iffy!...Arthur made it happen!...there were a few issues with the vehicle after purchase ..I contacted... the office..i dropped off the truck and the issues were taken care of with no hassle!...staff was easy to deal with and understanding!.....I would buy another vehicle from them no questions asked!....thank you!.......andy p.

called in the morn when i saw the car on line. steve made an appt for me to see it. the best part was that he was fine with me having my own mechanic... look at it before buying it. that's what sold me. had a problem a few days later. bought it back. it was just a minor operational issue - all good
