I went into the dealership and was treated as soon as I walked in. I came in without a specific kind of car in mind and John was able to ask me a few questions, get an idea of what I entered and guided me into a good direction. He made me feel very at ease with the process and the follow ups were great was well. If I had any questions he always made himself available.
