Vinny, Michael, and Andrea at VML Motors are the most reputable and easy to work with car dealers I have ever met. They made the process of buying the car as easy as it could be. After purchasing the car we noticed some damage that we had all missed but was noticed by the shipping company. Upon noticing the damage Michael and Vinny profusely apologized for missing the damage and were quick to make it right. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is thinking about doing business with them.

Their ratings across all car sites is exemplary and reflective of the level of service and vehicles they offer. As an out of state buyer - I can highly recommend VML. Every interaction from initially inquiring about the vehicle, scheduling them to drop the vehicle for a PPI to discussing pricing was fantastic. After the PPI I feared the pressure tactics and fees or marks ups on the price, especially as I was flying in. None of this happened, the price was as advertised, no financing requirements, no huge down payment, no internet special pricing... None of it. I dealt with Mike mostly and he was accommodating, professional and upfront. Andrea was responsive and made sure all it's were crossed and I's dotted for a smooth transaction. I could have stayed hours longer talking to Mike about cars and Andrea about dogs. Good thing I have a 4+ hr drive ahead of me otherwise I might not have left. We just purchased a beautiful car at a really good price from them, after experiencing all of the horror stories at other dealerships (i.e., bait and switch, false advertising, exorbitant fees, ridiculous financing requirements, etc.). Vince, Andrea, Mike and Chris provided a fabulous buying experience. They were friendly and helpful, but never pushy. The car I purchased was a very lightly used 2020 BMW 5 series that was in near-new condition. At all steps along the way including first contact, arranging to come and drive the car, valuing my trade, working out a very fair price, signing the paperwork and driving away in the purchased vehicle, I was impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness. The entire transaction was easy and pleasant. They even offered to assist me with the purchase of an OEM extended warranty if I contact them when the OEM warranty is near expiration.
