Great buying experience
Great group of people to work with when buying a new car. They work hard at getting you the best buy for the vehicle you want. If you are looking to buy be sure and ask for Chad Kepner. Very knowledgeable and respectful young man that will work hard to earn your business. From the sales team to the finance team they are all out to make your buying experience very pleasurable.
I was greeted from the initial call regarding the need for repair all the way through arrival to immediate diagnosis to again fast and immediate repair by a professional technician. I was both pleased and impressed by team the Hyundai at teamPilger's.
Went in for a recall on my car and customer service was great and the repair was very quick.
Most wonderful experience
Randy Workman was exceptional. He took his time with us, taught us so much about the car. What a wonderful personality, so kind, knowledge, patient, fun, etc. We love our Genesis G70, best car ever.
Everyone is always helpful and friendly when i go.and the lady at the service desk was great in there.

I spent 5 hours waiting for car at Jason Pilger Hyundai and it wasnt stressful didnt feel impatient. I felt taken care, and that my care was car being cared for as well. Love them!

Its been a real pleasure dealing with Ben, the service manager.
I needed an oil change and the dealership (Not Hyundai) from which I had bought my vehicle turned me away saying they couldnt take any walk ins. I decided to come to Hyundai and they serviced my car even though they were technically closed.
I had to get my car towed to Jason Pilger Hyundai in Gautier after my fuel pump went out. They made the whole process a whole lot easier!
Car started acting funny and the check engine light was flashing, so I called the dealership. They made an appointment for me the next day. The lady on the phone assured me that the car would not blow up on me in the next day and that thanks to the blue link they actually new what was wrong and would be able to make the repair when I arrived. I actually enjoy working with this service department. I drive 30 miles out of my way to go to them rather than the closer dealership as this one is more professional and courteous. I also bring my wife's and my mother's vehicles to them. If you want friendly and knowledgeable service then this is where you need to go.
