I scheduled the first oil change for our CR-V and everything worked out well. Intake went smooth and waiting room was large, comfortable with refreshments and popcorn. From the tour we had when the vehicle was purchased, I knew where everything was located. The shuttle driver checked with me to see if a ride was needed right at the service desk. Employees were professional and polite.

Everyone was very friendly. The price was right. I didn't feel pressured to add on the extras. The washed and cleaned up the vehicle before I drove away.

From the time we inquired about new tires till we drove out the door, everything was done top notch. We were shown choices - discount options - option to reschedule appt. to take advantage of further discounts on alignment. From shuttle service to service desk was done with care and consideration.

One of the tires on my Honda vehicle has been losing air slowly, setting off the air pressure light on the dashboard. While driving by the dealership, and with no previous appointment, I decided to stop in at the service department at 4:45 p.m., and instead of brushing me off, they took my tire off and checked for a leak and charged me nothing for considerable time and effort. They couldn't find evidence of a leak, so the tire is still being monitored. I was impressed both by their consideration and their professional approach to my problem. I have never had anything but top-notch service from Honda.

We recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Luther in Mankato. We had been shopping around for a few months before finally deciding to purchase there. Throughout our entire shopping experience, we were treated very well. I never felt hurried or pressured. Our experience was great with both our salesman and the person from the business office who ran us through paperwork. Great store! Next time I purchase a vehicle, I will definetely check out Luther again!

The service dept. is top notch. They make sure you leave 100% satisfied and the vehicle is repaired correctly. Modern dealership full of friendly faces.

After long procrastination (took me 7 months to reach a decision) and changing my mind multiple times, I finally bought my next vehicle. Otto was graceful, patient and very helpful through the entire process. In the end, Ben went out of his way to get me a great deal and Zach who handled the final paperwork was super efficient. Great job guys especially Otto who had to put up with me the most!

Bought my car 2 1/2 years ago and they have always done a great job. From the call to set the appointment to that moment they give your keys back. Just oil and breaks this time but none the less great job all round. thanks guys.
