Absolutely terrible. They want to charge you an almost $500 mandatory anti theft fee on top of almost $500 doc fee. The so called manager wouldn’t even work to make a deal and even kicked me out of the store. STAY AWAY!

I was very content with how Eduardo Ramirez attended my visit. Not only was he helpful with answering any questions I had, but also helpful with the overall experience. I recommend him and his services for anyone interested in a smooth experience.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Buyer Beware ⚠️⚠️⚠️ My husband and I have been searching for our next vehicle, and a few days ago we found a Jeep we liked at Emmons Autoplex in Webster, Texas. The advertised price was over $37,000, but there were several additional charges, including: * Document fee * Dealer Services Fee: $498 * Anti-Theft Fee: $497 * An open manufacturer safety recall Since we live in another state, we wanted to clarify these charges before making the trip to the dealership. On August 3, my husband spoke with salesperson Jose Mata. During the conversation, he stated that the $497 anti-theft fee was mandatory and non-negotiable for every customer. He explained that it included theft protection of up to $5,000, but “up to $5,000” does not necessarily mean a $5,000 payout if your vehicle is stolen. When I later spoke with Jose, I asked what the $498 Dealer Services Fee covered. He told me it was for “everything the car needs before we sell it—repairs, nitrogen, etc.” In my opinion, preparing a vehicle for sale should already be reflected in the vehicle’s asking price, making this additional fee difficult to justify. I also asked about the open manufacturer safety recall (Recall #21D – 2021–2025 JL/JT Electric Hydraulic Power Steering), which was listed on June 11, 2026. Jose told me the dealership was not required to repair it because it was a manufacturer recall. As a buyer, I found it concerning that the vehicle still had an open safety recall. Finally, I requested an out-the-door price. Jose said he would send it within five minutes. More than 24 hours later, I had still received nothing. I also reached out to the dealership’s customer service department and never received a response. After experiencing the lack of communication, the mandatory add-on fees, and the unanswered questions, my husband and I decided there were simply too many 🚩🚩🚩 and chose not to purchase the Jeep. This was our personal experience, and I hope it helps other buyers ask questions, review every fee carefully, and get everything in writing before making a long trip to a dealership.

Unbelievably shady. They are not an honest dealership, and their GM fully endorses their nefarious practices. If you must, order a PPI before signing anything and DO NOT get Auto Exam to do it. They are too close in distance and will not rock the boat to keep getting business from them. You’d be better off buying from FB Marketplace, which shows you how scummy they are.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had in attempting to purchase a car. I attempted to negotiate a purchase remotely. I have never dealt with a more rude salesman who talked down to me as if I was a child. My reaction was defensive obviously, no one likes to be spoken down to. However, I really liked the car and thought hey I'll just call and get another sales person no problem. WRONG, I was told I couldn't purchase a car, so the sales manager took the side of the rude and offensive salesman and simply refused to do business with me. My mind is literally blown with this level of behavior and even doubling down on poor service. I want this matter escalated to ownership level or general counsel. To refuse to do business with someone after treating them poorly is absolutely something that must be addressed.
