I was impressed by the appearance and cleanliness of the building when I got there. Kevin, my salesman was very friendly and attentive .He was able to help me with every concern I had. He made my wife and I feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I definitely will recommend him to my friends and family.

We recently bought an Honda Odyssey from Emmons.

We recently bought an Honda Odyssey from Emmons. I like the standard of listing them below market and at their sale price. Saves the time spent haggling that you have with most dealers to find the sweet spot for both parties in their mark up. We had a small issue with the automatic rear hatch opening, they got right to work and had it fixed before we left. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Purchased truck Jan 2025 the first 2 days of having truck

Purchased truck Jan 2025 the first 2 days of having truck (used) experience mechanical issues contact Kevin (sales guy) took it back 2 weeks later another mechanical issue, truck locked up and didn't want to start i was told it was an alarm system issue a month later another mechanical issue, turbo on truck went out causing truck to experience low low motor power called AutoPlex I was told I would have to pay out of pocket to fix issue. I ended up taking truck to a buddy of mine at this point I've had truck 1 month 2 weeks so far, i decided to stop using truck so far I have only driven truck for 3k miles since I bought truck another mechanical problem this time its oil coolant cost to fix 3,700 so far I have spent almost 14k in repairs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO AUTOPLEX IN WEBSTER TX... I was told they do a deep inspection on truck before selling apparently they DONT.. Very Disappointed in AUTOPLEX

The no haggle price is a misnomer.

The no haggle price is a misnomer. You will find in the "Dealer Notes" buried in the middle of the fine print that they add on almost $1,000 for anti-theft etching and Dealer Services. They then tell you that every dealer does it and try to make you feel stupid for not wanting to pay it. Having been in sales, I know that these feels are just extra profit for the dealership. When I suggested they just add those "fees" to the price, the sales person said then no one would come in. It's classic bait and switch, but they have taught everyone to spout the "it's on the Web site" when pressed about it. I'm very disappointed that Emmons is just another stereotypical used car lot. Their "No Haggle" pricing is a misnomer. If you are ok with paying extra non-value-added fees, then good on ya, but as for me, I'll skip Emmons.

Jeff Huddleston - I understand that you and our dealership did not see eye to eye here, and that is okay. That said, I cannot wait for the day to come when businesses are able to leave reviews on customers. I would release the audio and video of your language and behavior here when you did not get your way. We are not your stereo-typical dealership and for you to compare us to one and make the claim our fees are of no value, shows just how much your review is written out of emotion instead of facts. Perhaps the businesses you are or have been affiliated with in sales operate in the manner in which you are suggesting, but not us. - Gary Emmons

Hi Gary, I appreciate your response. What you are missing from your audio and video is the chirping several of your employees in unison saying, “fees are on the web site.” That was not cool. Also, when I asked Kevin about fees, he said everyone does it. No, they don’t. Many just add it in the price and there you go. Your no haggle pricing is verifiably untrue when you add in after. That wasn’t the right response. I was in sales for years and I know the game. The actions of many of your employees that I witnessed and the many reviews I have seen indicate that you in fact have some stereotypical used care salespersons. This isn’t personal, it’s just business. I commend you for standing by your crew, but saying that I didn’t get my way is offensive. I would be happy to discuss things privately via phone, email, or in person. But I will not be taken advantage of and I will not be condescended to. Jeff
