Warranty repairs are a low priority
I feel warranty repairs are a low priority at this dealership. I waited 19 days for a transmission repair on my 2016 Silverado. I asked to be called with updates but nothing, each time I called was put on hold then transferred and left a voice message and waited for a call back.
We apologize for the lack of communication ,there is no excuse for this . The invitation to return to Jeff Drennen for future service stands with the offer of your next service for free

My 2016 Silverado had a warranty transmission repair which took 19 days. The service department did not call me with updates as requested, each time I called for an update would leave a message and wait for a call back. Warranty repairs are a low priority at this dealership.

I worked with Tyler, he went well beyond quality service! He is extremely articulate and very knowledgeable. His polite mannerisms made it easy to purchase a car . He was able to arrange a driver to pick me up from the airport, (who was an absolute gem to ride with) and he helped me secure low interest financing. I purchased the car sight unseen- based on Tyler’s efficiency and responsiveness. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I also worked with Tracy in the finance department, she is extremely professional, had everything organized and was able to make the sale process seem effortless and painless. The entire staff was very friendly and this was truly like any other car buying experience I have had.

DO NOT TRUST! They don't deserve the one star I gave them...
DO NOT TRUST! They don't deserve the one star I gave them in each category because they took advantage of me. They said they flashed the computer to the motor (?) when they really didn't. They told me the car was fixed when it wasn't. I was charged over $100 for them to lie right to my face and take my hard earned money that could've been used to REALLY fix my car. Unreliable!
