Jordan was patient with me over a couple of weeks while trying to make up my mind. No pressure. Always willing. Felt welcome every time and never like I was an annoying customer on the fence. He helped me as much as I wanted him too and I really appreciated not feeling like a backup customer. That’s why this is my second car from Archibald’s in 1 years.

Purchasing a vehicle is stressful, unfortunately many dealerships only worsen the experience. Archibalds is the exception, to that. They listen, and do their best to find the perfect fit with no pressure. I haven’t had that easy of experience anywhere else which is why I will continue to return to them.

Jerry Gonzalez is a trustworthy and knowlegeable salesman, and he works for the best used auto dealer in the Tri-Cities, WA, which also says something very important about him because Danny Archibald hires only the finest.
