Here is a detailed overview of my experience buying a car

Here is a detailed overview of my experience buying a car from Wiz Autos. On 11/12/25 I called to ask about a car listed on their website. I talked to a salesman who gave me some general information. I asked for a copy of the K208 form showing the results of the car's inspection. He told me he would look for it and get back to me. On 11/14/25 I paid for the CarFax report on the vehicle and noticed there was a service record for 'Radio Removed'. I called to ask if the car had a working radio and was told it definitely did (no one physically checked this). On 11/16/25 I put a $500 deposit down on the car to hold it, with a verbal agreement for me to pick the car up on 11/28/25 when I would be in the area visiting family (I live out of state). I proceeded to fill out the loan application and get approved for a loan through Wiz. On 11/17/25 my deal was transferred to a different salesman for unexplained reasons. On 11/19/25 I was informed that the car did in fact need a new radio and they were waiting for the part to come in. When I was completing the loan paperwork I noticed that it incorrectly said I needed to bring $500 with me at pickup. Finance manager confirmed this was a mistake but never corrected the form. On 11/24/25 I was informed the new radio was installed but it needed to be programmed at a Chevy dealership. I once again asked for the K208 form and was told they would check on it. On 11/28/25 I was not able to pick up the car because it was still at the Chevy dealer. On 11/29/25 I was told the car was back from the Chevy dealer and would be going to the shop to get detailed and get new tires. We scheduled a new pickup date of 12/3/25. On 12/3/25 I arrived to pick up the car at 11am. It was not ready and I waited 2+ hours while they 'cleaned' it (car was not clean, not vacuumed, still had the dealer stock sticker on the windshield). Car never got new tires as promised. Existing tires were completely bald/worn. Check engine light came on while I was driving home. When confronted with these problems, they told me I had to drive back to potentially get them addressed, an 8 hour round trip drive. I never received the K208 form. If this sounds like the kind of car buying experience you are looking for, definitely buy a car from Wiz Autos.

Derek F. did a tremendous job on getting the vehicle that my wife and I desired. He was very down to earth and went out of his way to make sure that our purchased vehicle didn’t slip through our fingers. He made it very comfortable to speak with him to discuss what were our best options. I was very satisfied with his work ethics. Not only discussing our vehicle but everyday life. He was an awesome salesman and I wouldn’t have ask for a better experience.

Victor was super nice and professional and patient.

Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Seems like a well run dealership.

Brought my car from wiz got it home, discover?

Brought my car from wiz got it home, discover? It was 2 qt of oil low. On top of that, my battery died. The original bolts were stripped, spending 400 plus all they can do for me, was a free all change. Not happy at all.

We had the worst experience.

We had the worst experience. We are alreadyon battery number 2 and the car was bought not even a year ago. Wiz will not help. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM WIZ.
