Easy buying process, clean vehicle.

Took my parents to purchase a 2012 Mercedes GLK350 from this lot. The sale never got pushy. We drove a few vehicles to see how others compared. All the ones we drove at this lot ran great. In the end, for the size, styling and price, they decided they liked the Mercedes the best. This place isn't your average, pushy, used car lot. So take your time, don't rush. If they have a car you want, go see them. I recommend it.

Excellent Service

Had a great experiance, they went above and beyond all my expectations.. all the staff we friendly and could relate to my current financial situation. Would recomend Lacacy motors for anyone looking for a used vehicle and a pleasant experiance.

customer service / Price / quality cars are Great

Recently bought an Audi A4 from Legacy Motors Inc in Roseville, I had called in to check the availability of the car and he had it ready for me the next morning. Ray was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. I would definitely go back for my next vehicle.

OK place, less than upright practices

Unfortunately I had to have my car serviced immediately after buying. It was past due and the maintence minder was already on. Not a real good feeling to pay $20k for a nice car and have to service it the first day. Very unprofessional.

Hi Rick we apologize for any inconvenience. We wish you could have contact us I'm sure we could have help you. on the 2013 Lexus you just Purchased we did change oil and filter and cabin filter we did safety inspection already but I think may be the light never been reset, maintenance lights will come on, on any car on the due date but it may still have the good oil and no need to do oil change. your situation was need just a reset a maintenance light that 's all. well , i wish there were more than five stars so i could rate them high, i came to this place and i met Matt, they have very unique and luxury inventory with affordable price , he gave me excellent and truly exceptional customer service , i was in the car market for a long time and i decided to go to Legacy motors and i was also referred by one of friend of mine and stopped by there and i met Matt, he was calm and answered all of my questions, he was not pushy and he let me to test drive at least 4 times , i was shy to ask for more test drives but he still had his smile , finally i got my decision and i made my decision , Matt gave me a very good deal , and offered me extended warranty and i accepted that , very affordable and stunning service, and even after i made my purchase he gave me a call and he followed up to me regarding on my recent purchase , i did not expect that , Good job Legacy Motors and i will come and do more business in future !!

Excellent experience

I had a very good experience when i purchased my Mercedes-Benz C300, no pressure from the start. Their vehicles are super clean inside out, thank you Matt and Ray. You guys exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service.
