At first, I thought this place was sketchy, but then Marco really made it easy for us and I don’t remember the the other guy’s name he was the one that wrote up our contract he was straightforward and blunt and made sure we understood where he was coming from so it was a very good experience for me and my husband

General Manager Carl Albright Subject: Immediate

General Manager Carl Albright Subject: Immediate Action Required – Volvo XC90 Sold With Undisclosed Damage Mr. Albright, I am contacting you regarding the Volvo XC90 I purchased from National City Used Car Dealership on January 8. Within days of the purchase, the vehicle broke down, and a mechanic has confirmed issues that should have been disclosed prior to the sale. These defects were not reflected in the Carfax report your dealership provided, nor were they mentioned by your sales staff. I have attempted to reach you multiple times, but my calls have not been returned. I am now formally requesting that this matter be addressed immediately. Under California law, a dealership may not sell a vehicle with known or reasonably discoverable defects without disclosure. Selling a vehicle that fails almost immediately after purchase raises serious concerns regarding misrepresentation and failure to meet dealer obligations. I am requesting one of the following resolutions: 1. Full rescission of the contract and refund of all amounts paid, or 2. Immediate repair at the dealership’s expense, performed by qualified technicians and backed by a written warranty. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will proceed with filing formal complaints with: • The California DMV Investigations Division • The California Attorney General’s Office • The Better Business Bureau • And I will pursue legal action, including small‑claims court if necessary. I prefer to resolve this matter quickly and professionally. Please contact me directly. Maria Z 6 days purchased. Not running due to damage hidden there was not disclosed and I wanted to resend and now this Dealership is hiding and running.
