Drove 2 hours to test drive 2 cars. The sign on the door says they are open until 4 at Saturdays. We were there by 1:45. It said they were gone until 2:30. We left and came back. When we got back the salesman yelled as he was walking to his car that he was leaving for the day and maybe the mechanic would be able to help us. We asked the mechanic if we could test drive the 2 cars. He said it was his day off and he was doing his own stuff today. He said he could maybe let us drive one car for 5 minutes. But we’d have to make it fast and it’s his day off and he had his own things to do for himself. So we just left. Apparently they don’t want to actually sell cars. Horrible customer service and experience. Do not recommend.

I had great experience working with Dave at Ful-Line Auto on a few car issues. I’ve also bought a cars from him several years ago. Dave is always professional, honest and trustworthy. Dave goes above and beyond all other dealerships when it comes to the details of car problems and is reasonable in terms of cost of repairs. Highly recommend Dave for car sales and repair/service.

I will start by saying this was the best and easiest car buying experience i have had. i have owned about 25 cars in my lifetime about half or so bought from private party and dealerships. I have dealt with a few other dealers and had a good experience, but this was by far the best. I saw a vehicle i was interested in ( Infiniti g37) so i took a drive and checked the car out. I found a few issues with it and Dave said no problem I will have them fixed, so he asked do you want the car i said yes. we had just a verbal agreement that once everything was fixed i would go pay and take the car (I did not have to leave a deposit). Dave delivered on his promises and the car was 100% ready to go on the pick up day. I literally spent probably 30 mins total between the 2 times i was there. I went signed some paper work and drove off literally that easy. If you are looking for honesty and a great car buying experience give them a chance and I promise you will be happy. Its hard for honesty and used cars to be in the same sentence (lol) but give Dave and his family a chance I have zero complaints about how they conduct business and would recommend them to anyone looking for a first time car or just a great used car.

5 stars all the way - the fact that we have bought 3 cars from Dave tells the story! Dave (and Mariah) always meet you with a smile and are eager to help. If you are looking for a particular car/style that they don't have on the lot, just let him know and he will do his best to locate the car for you. 100% honest dealership! He won't bring a car onto the lot that isn’t safe enough for him and his family to drive. Ful-line Auto makes buying a car fun!!

As a woman, I am always leary about going to car dealerships. But at Ful-line, it was relaxed and comfortable. I was looking for my daughter's first car. No pressure to buy. No one following you around the lot. I brought my own mechanic to inspect the car. We were allowed to put the car up on the lift to inspect underneath. The minor issues the mechanic found were fixed almost immediately. I purchased a 2008 Nissan Versa and it was a Great experience! I would definitely purchase another car from this family owned business!!
