My wife and I were in the market recently for a used car. We searched online for the type of car we were looking for and came across a few used car dealers... in the state, Ful-Line Auto of South Windsor being one of them. We checked out all three and visited their locations. Ful-Line Auto was, and is, hands down the absolute best of the three. Our experience working with David and Mariah before, during, and after our purchase was superb. They both are professional, courteous, and friendly. Moreover, they both are honest and trustworthy. Buying a used car can be a nerve-racking experience, but David and Mariah made the whole experience pleasant and seamless. My wife and I knew we made the right decision by buying a car from them. I highly recommend David and Mariah of Ful-Line Auto, they are good honest people who stand by their word.
Purchased a car from this place and 6 months later the car died. When I took it there for a diagnostic test David told me it was the transmission that... would cost over $4000. He lied. I took it from there and brought it to another shop and they found the real problem that cost me less than $500. This place is not reliable or trust worthy

From the moment I called to make an appointment to test drive a Hyundai Elantra until I signed papers to actually purchase a Hyundai Sonata, I was impressed... by the professionalism of Ful-Line Auto! Mariah was very pleasant on the phone and greeted us with a warm smile when we met in person to test drives the cars. I felt no pressure at all to make the decision to purchase a car and actually was very comfortable with the entire process. Buying a car is daunting but David, the owner, truly made it seamless. I was searching for a used car in March. I had been driving a 2001 Camry for awhile and needed an upgrade. I’m a college student, so a new car wasn’t in... my budget. Ful Line was the first dealership I visited and automatically knew I’d buy a car from there. Dave was incredibly helpful and caring. I left with a new car that night! I just had to bring it in for a few repairs, nothing major. Dave was kind enough to offer me a loaner to get to and from work until my car is ready. He’s been so incredibly helpful since day 1! The customer service is what sold me and he has continued to take care of us!
I don't go car shopping that often. I run my cars into the ground. When my vehicle with over 200 K died it was time to get a new one. I had never been... here before, but heard the ads saying you can bring a car your interested in to your mechanic, or have your mechanic come there and give it a full inspection. The staff was friendly, courteous, and there was zero pressure whatsoever to buy. They had a lot of great deals, and I ended up with a Toyota minivan with extremely low miles at an excellent price. Having been burnt by other dealers before I was wary, but this family-run business set my mind at ease. Dave, the owner/mechainc, and his daughter Mariah (sales) are both great. We scheduled a time for my mechanic to inspect the vehicle. He thought there was no way another shop would let him come in, and inspect, but he was wrong. He said it was a great deal, but needed a timing belt, and transmission flush not because of the mileage, but because of the age of the car. Full-Line did it at cost as part of the sale. In addition they had to order some sort of bracket/housing for the timing belt because it wouldn't come out without breaking the bolt. They covered the cost of that. Also, they presented a variety of warranty options, again with no pressure. I settled on a reasonably priced 6-month warranty as the care didn't have high mileage, but wasn't new either. Finally when bringing the car home I noticed the passenger power mirror was not working. It was working when we test drove it, and checked out the cosmetics as Toyota is known for great engines, but the trim tends to break. Considering how they treated me I didn't think for one minute they broke the mirror. My theory is that whatever auction house they bought it from just place the mirror in place, and was hoping it would just rest in the housing, which was cracked on the inside. So I called Full-Line after checking the cost with my Toyota dealership. They had no problems meeting me halfway. I paid for the new mirror, and they did the labor for free. Again, they saved me money as they were able to get the part cheaper from the dealership. I don't have plans to go car shopping for another car anytime soon, but the next time I do the first thing I'm going to do is check out Full-Line auto. I had great service, got a great deal, and believe you will too.
