I am so impressed with this dealership and the people who

I am so impressed with this dealership and the people who work there. I found the vehicle that we wanted, at a price we could afford, after a 6 month search. They communicated with with us effectively and within minutes of us contacting them. We live 200 miles from where their dealership is located which took almost 4 hours to drive because of traffic (CA highways). We were held up almost an hour in the Cajone Pass (3-5 miles per hour). We had called to say we were coming as it was July 3rd and wanted to be sure someone could help us when we got there. We arrived almost a half-hour after the normal closing time and there were 3 people waiting for us. They were amazing and extremely nice saying they didn't mind it is "part of the business". They made us welcome and helped us get the paperwork handled. within an hour we were driving away in our new vehicle, VERY pleased with it and glad we took the chance of driving that far. We would do it again in a heart beat to buy another car from them. You just don't find people like that now days, Julie even took care of the unexpected toll road fees for us. Joel and a very nice young man made us feel welcome and really made us feel at home. They really seemed to care we were all set to make the 4 hour drive home. Not the run-of-the mill dealership! I can't say enough about how straight forward and professional this business is, explaining any questions we had. We would recommend Paradise Automotive Group to anyone and will make sure we recommend them.

Poor people skills and typical car sales bs.

Poor people skills and typical car sales bs. Added unwanted or needed GPS for more than 900 dollars and door handle inserts for 500 dollars. Think out that for second...put door handle scratch protectors over (2012) existing scratches for 500 dollars. Those things or like items cost about 20 dollars on Amazon. The auto detailing was crap, next to nothing. Lucky they sold it while half discussing it with me. They offered up another sad example of an XF...no thanks

Paradise shopping experience was great

Eddie, the general manager, was great. Straight shooter, transparent, and helpful. Worked with us to find the best option without any pressure. He answered all of our questions and the entire process went smoothly.

Stay Away!!

Purchased a luxury vehicle from this dealership some time ago and will NEVER work with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. The salesmen here fit the negative stereotype associated with car salesmen to a tee. They started off fairly friendly but when it came time to talk numbers and work out a deal, suddenly things got busy and they started playing hard ball. They were completely unwilling to negotiate even with a large cash down payment. I have purchased many cars before and am familiar with the buying process. They sneak in additional expenses to your contract in hopes of you missing them in the fine print, specifically a fee for a vehicle tracker that they stated, “must be purchased” because it was already installed on the vehicle. Overall, my experience with Paradise Auto was terrible. They are the definition of a shady auto dealership. STAY AWAY!!!

Took about 6 grand off my car for me, car was in excellent condition THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will be recomending to amily and friends. Great job

Great mechanic at Paradise Auto

David worked on our car and our son's and we couldn't be more pleased with the results, as well as the price. David has years of experience and had answers for all our service and mechanical questions. We will return to Paradise!
