Appointment was at 10:30 I arrived early and did not leave to after 1. People that arrived after me left with me. I came for a low tire pressure warning. Nail in tire according to paper work, no one discussed it with me. This is normal slow service poor customer service. No precautions for the Covid 19. I am glad I brought my own mask and gloves. Employees walking around with no mask. I made an early appointment to avoid the crowd it didnt matter because if the length of time I was there. Expected more precautions.

Took in for service for two separate issues, headlight...

Took in for service for two separate issues, headlight retaining water and back row seats not functioning properly. I was told there was an umbrella stuck causing the issue for the backseat. 🤔 never got the “umbrella” back and the next day doing the same thing. now I got to drive 30 minutes back so the hopefully can fix it. Second was the headlight retaining moisture, not covered under extended warranty, was told $791 to fix it. I said that’s ********* crazy $800 to fix a headlight. so I went to pick up the SUV was told it was $971 instead. The did honor the first price they told me however I had to talk with the service manager. I still have to take it back so the seats can get fixed and it hasn’t rained yet so do I really know if the headlight problem is fixed yet either?

Very glad we found a dealership that has employees that are knowledgeable about their products.!! Lots of patients, kindness and understanding with two older people who haven’t bought a new vehicle in 30 or so years.!!! Great Service 🌹5 stars all the way💕🦋

I brought my 2019 Nissan Maxima in for it’s first oil change.I originally purchased my car in November of last year!Wolfchase Nissan was able to let me walk in,no appointment and changed my oil and rotated ,my tires and gave me 50% off the service in a very timely and professional manner! Thanks

I can’t recall my customer service agent’s name who...

I can’t recall my customer service agent’s name who assisted me today was very courteous and helpful. Also I went in yesterday to Wolfchase Nissan/Memphis, TN for an oil change and the service agent was CERY helpful, patient and did not attempt to over sale anything to me. I felt she was sensitive to the need of balancing both what I needed and the reality of the pandemic and it’s impact on all of us financially. I THINK but am not certain it was Diane.
