PMR is great! I bought a Tesla from Alanna, and even after they found out a fix I requested wasn't under warranty, they paid for the repair themselves! Amazing customer service! Everyone was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'd recommend them any day.

I was never impressed by their integrity as a used car dealership. First off, they order cars from auction that have immense damage, both internally and externally, then hire extremely cheap repair shops to do superficial work in order to play cover up. If you stop by and see these guys take a look at the cars they keep in the south-west corner of the lot. These are the cars next in line for sale and their appearance is almost always shocking. Ever notice why their cars sit on the lot out front for a whole year before selling? Go drive one, you'll find out why.

We had a great experience here. We feel like we got an excellent deal. We were given the car fax report by them. The process was really quick. There were no annoying document fees and other charges that you get from a big dealership. I accidentally paid them an extra $1000 which they were honest enough to return to me. We were very satisfied.

Brad and Dean buy structurally damaged cars from auctions that ship in structurally damaged cars from out of state. They specialize in reselling cars that never had their titles branded. Kevin then hides the damage from potential customers.

Super low-key sales and service. Never any pressure. Great selection inventory and well worth the drive down from SLC. Kevin (and Dean) were everything you would hope to expect from an auto sales company. Forget everything you have previously experienced from high-pressure car dealerships. They know what they are doing and take service (even after the sale) to a whole new standard. I had a couple glitches that they took care of immediately a couple weeks later. They took care of financing on-site at an incredible rate and the paperwork didn't take more than 1 minutes. I will NEVER buy a car from anyone else. They have my business for life. Thanks, guys!

Purchasing this car was such a good experience. The PMR staff had the car inspected by the Toyota dealership and replaced the air filter (the only issue) for no charge. They also replaced all the mats with Toyota mats, arranged to have the scratches around the driver's side door handle buffed, and washed the car for no charge. I have already referred others to PMR and will return in the future should I need another vehicle.

I just bought a Honda Pilot from PMR! It had couple things to fix... But the owners and stuff from PMR helped to get the pilot ready. Great place to buy a car.. PMR gave me a great deal with the pilot! Had a great experience with PMR. I definitely recommend this dealer!

I have been through many many car purchases and gone to many dealerships. PMR Auto and staff are by far the best I've ever been too. I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from them and have had it for 2 or 3 months and am very pleased. They were all courteous, professional, and didn't feel like a main stream dealership with all the hassles and pushy sales men. They made the experience feel comfortable, and gave any and all information was asked about. They even took the time to explain extra details about warranties, Gap ins, and look up a car that was close to their price to make sure I was getting the best deal. I even went back a few months later because I found out my alignment was off. They didn't have to fix it or even look at it for me because I bought the car as is, but they still looked at it and fixed it free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! I bought a car 2 months ago from PMR and have regretted it everyday. The car was in a prior accident which they did not disclose during the buying process. They show you one page of the Carfax which had that portion blanked out. The car's passenger window and lock didn't work, back brakes and rotors were shot and an oil leak. They fixed the brakes and rotors but who sells a car with this type of mechanical work. If you go here, please ask for the full Carfax, take the car to a mechanic and ask all the questions prior to purchasing

We bought a 2009 Chevrolet Suburban in outstanding condition while also trading in our 2008 Honda Pilot that we bought from them almost exactly 2 years ago.The process was quick and uncomplicated. The customer service was outstanding!!! We have 3 children all under 4 so long meetings of any kind can be draining on them. Travis was more than accommodating to us and our children. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and great deals!!!
