Most enjoyable experience I have had buying a vehicle. Easy to deal with sales people. Small staff where everyone seems to enjoy working together. We did a lot of research online and found they have the best prices. We drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle and love it.

I have NEVER been told I could not just BUY a car off a lot. I have cash and just want a car. Not financing or anything that goes with that. We inherited from family member and have money to purchase. It is crazy that I can't just buy a car.

I bought a car from the only honest employee Braddock Motors had. I bought a second only to learn that they don't have any honest employees left. The owner, Mike, insists you have to work with his underlings, they insist you have to work with Mike. Mike has his finance manager, Rodney, negotiate deals, but then violates contracts and ignores everything that Rodney does. In the end, you will be sorely disappointed with any deal you make there.

I must tell you what a Big help Braddock Motors has been to me. I did not purchase a vehicle from them but they helped me straighten out a problem created by a local dealership in town which closed and never processed my title and tags. Rodney (Smiley) and Mike helped get me get a new title somehow and I was able to get legal tags for my Traverse. These guys didn't have to help me but spent several hours with me going over all possible solutions! I have promised them I will only buy from them and my family is currently looking at purchasing vehicles from them! Thanks so much!! Straight honest and Helpful!
