Auto House

I recently bought a 14 F-150. A day after I got home I noticed a possible major problem. I contacted auto house, and was told to come in. Took my truck in. They sent it to Ford in town. It was all under warranty. Turned out the problem wasn't covered. Auto house loaned me a truck, not a car, a truck because that is what I bought. They didn't have to do that. Turns out it was a major problem that neither they nor I had caught before I purchased it. Ford would not cover under warranty. Auto house payed for the repair out of pocket to make it right and to make me happy. They honestly went above and beyond to do what was right even though they were under no obligation to do so. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way they handled the transaction. This is the second vehicle I bought there and would do so in a heartbeat again. I hifhghly suggest it. These are down home, family people that know what working for your dollar means to a person. They aren't out to make a dollar. They want to please their customers and that speaks volumes to me. I couldn't recommend their services and people any higher. You won't regret doing business with them.

I thought that they explained the buying process well. I didn't feel pushed into buying anything. Customer service was great.

Didn't end up buying but the salesmen were very friendly and helpful. Ended up getting a newer model used car from a different dealership that was not available at this location. The place was under construction so a bit of a mess at the time.

Young man who helped me with purchase was very knowledgeable. I asked about previous maintenance and suggested I take the car to my mechanic for a thorough evaluation. Everything he told me about the car (good and bad) was noted by my mechanic. Looking forward to several years of top down driving. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Looked at a Vehicle had it checked out, It had spray on adhesive on the motor so it wouldn't leak oil, Ac didn't work.. Stated that the vehicle was worth much more than actually worth
