I had the most amazing help with Jonathan Boccia at Anderson Subaru, my son and I went in to look at the cross trek, test drove a couple of them fell in love with the drive plus Jon made it so easy and fast drove out with my new cross trek and couldn’t be happier. Their professionalism and honesty made it a joy to do business with them I will be recommending them to all my family and friends

Awesome experience on the purchase of my new Accent! Anderson Subaru is always prompt, professional and courteous. I love the new video walk-a-round they send by text while I'm in the waiting area. They inform you of anything that needs your attention so you can address the issue or plan for later. I'm 78 years old but if I decide to buy another car in my lifetime, you can bet it will come from Anderson Subaru in Pensacola.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Bought on line for a great price. In person purchase took less than 45 min. Noah Hartz was awesome.

Mistake

Not happy! The dealership screwed up my registration and now won't fix it. They say they love their customers and want to build a long-term relationship with them, but apparently that goes away after you sign the check.

Adam Corey and Anderson Subaru did it again!!!!

Adam is an amazing salesman. He is kind, considered, and a gentleman. I was having issues with my 2021 Subaru Forester (which I love), Adam took the time to listen to my issues, and explained in detail what was going on. Adam is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and easy to work with. every time I go see Adam (oil changes) it is wonderful be treated like a Queen, always a greatest experience I have. Adam explaining everything in detail. I will never go to another dealership, Anderson Subaru, the time. I you need a car go see Adam Corey. Talk to Adam. you will not be disappointed. You will leave Anderson smiling and loving the car. Adam is a Rock star! Can't way enough about Adam. Adam -Thank you, thank you so much for solving my issues. I drive away smiling all the way. I highly recommend you go see Adam Corey for your next car or Forester purchase.

A great experience from start to finish! Brian and Wayne were friendly, knowledgeable, and weren’t pushy about the sale. In the end, I decided to complete the sale by the next day because I felt confident in the knowledge you provided us. Thanks again!

Abysmal experience

Have patronized this dealership only twice. Will never do so again. In our brief relationship, Anderson Subaru charged me for a fuel induction service without performing the work (I caught the mistake), lied to me, released my maintenance records without my consent, and multiple representatives (including the owner) yelled at me in the course of trying to "help" me. Incredibly unprofessional place. If it weren't for their monopoly on the market, these folks would be selling boiled peanuts on the side of the road. If you must patronize a dealership, drive to Ft. Walton or elsewhere. Better yet, find a trustworthy private mechanic and save yourself the heartburn.

Rude sales staff

Emails, texts, calls, all the time and rude at that. I would never recommend this place to anyone and people should stay away, unless you love getting spammed every day with texts, videos, calls, and emails by rude sales staff. Not a way to sell anything, and do not respng to this review because there is no way anyone from Anderson Subaru could redeem this dealership in my eyes.
