Mark initially helped me over the phone and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was a slight change in my personal schedule which led me to showing up to sign documents and make payment 15 minutes before they closed and during a horrible storm. Matthew still took care of us and stayed late to get us our 2024 Hyundai Tuscan that night. I did not catch the name of the young man who ran out in the rain to put on the license plate, but he was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Mark was great in answering all my questions about the 4 Runner. And when I forgot an answer or had more questions Mark, plus Andy were not hesitant in giving me an answer; very knowledgeable. The owner and the additional staff were very friendly every time we stopped in. After dealing with them I personally believe they are not just looking out for the business but also for their customers. At first I was very hesitant to purchase a vehicle from a privately owned dealership, but when I saw the 4 Runner, in the color blue, I could not resist. I had to stop & check this place out. When we were ready to drive the vehicle off the lot Mark said to us if we have any more questions do not hesitate to call. So glad I stopped in.
