This was our third vehicle we purchased from Morgan automotive, as always, the staff was very friendly and laid back,and yet very professional and knowledgeable. Our first visit to the dealership came from two recommendations from friends who are new car salesman at other dealerships. Mark and Matt made the process so smooth, it was almost too easy! They were willing to work with me on my schedule and had all the documents ready so it went very quick. All very nice people and everyone seems to know what is going on with each transaction so it almost doesn’t matter who you speak with. Outstanding experience!

This is the way I like to car shop, without the feel of the big dealership pressure. I was probably an easy sale because they had what I wanted at a reasonable price and they gave me a fair price for my trade, but I got the impression that had I decided not to buy there would have been no high pressure sales pitch. I found the Jeep was missing one small cover over a seat belt anchor. The part was ordered and Matt called me the next day, told me it was there and that whenever I got a chance to stop by they would install it. I ran it up and in five minutes I was driving away. I will certainly consider Morgan Automotive for future purchases.

A vehicle is an expensive necessity, it's really nice to find a dealership that will work with you. It's also a real plus when they are pleasant and likeable. Thanks for the great experience!

What a wonderful experience. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Even the owner (Doug Morgan) came and spent time with us to tell how much they care about providing the perfect experience for their customers. Matt Elliot was fantastic. He was able to complete the entire sale in house, no driving to a title company and waiting in line. The car I bought was in perfect condition. They really spent time detailing and making sure it was just right when I picked it up. I will be back!

Visited this dealership based on info I had received from internet searches. I believe I was using car gurus and cars.com as well as other auto search engines. I was looking for a truck to replace my 2005 Toyota Tundra. I saw a few vehicles at this dealership that were of interest to me, specifically a Toyota Tacoma, GMC Canyon, and Ford F-150. I asked via email if the trucks were still in stock and after finding out they were, I planned a trip to see the trucks in person. After seeing the vehicles the only oneI was still interested in was the F-150 due to the 6.5ft bed. Matt and Mark were both very nice and laid back and allowed my wife and I to test drive the vehicle by ourselves, which I appreciated. After deciding on price with my trade in we decided to purchase the vehicle right away. After a few days I noticed the truck was leaking. I initially thought it was transmission fluid, which it was not, then I thought maybe motor oil. I contacted Matt and arranged to bring the truck back in for service. He arranged for me to have a loaner car and said they would look at it. Later that day he called and said they could find no oil leak, but they had cleaned up the bottom of the engine where oil from a previous oil change had accumulated. I returned and picked up my truck. A few weeks passed when I noticed more drops in my driveway, so I contacted Matt again and made arrangements to bring the truck back in. This time they had a new mechanic working there (Joe) who quickly diagnosed the leak as being coolant and not oil at all. He was able to find the leaking hose and determined what needed to be done. Again Mark made a car available to me which I drove home while the parts were ordered and the repair made. Later that afternoon I returned the loaner car and picked up my truck, which is no longer leaking! I am glad to say that after a few hiccups the problem was solved and now my truck is running fine. The staff at Morgan Automotive are all very nice and accommodating and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is pleased and that they are happy with their purchase. They also have quite an extensive selection of trucks for every taste. I would not hesitate to go there again for a future purchase.
