I have enquired on a BWM X7, They have never returned a call nor replied to my query

We had an extremely positive and pleasant experience purchasing our new BMW from BMW of Maui. Almost everything associated with the purchase was handled professionally, quickly and expertly by Anthony, Drew and Christian; nothing was left to us. All of our questions were answered immediately and honestly. Christian even spent a couple of hours with us explaining all of the features of our new car, especially the extensive electronic attributes! Extraordinarily helpful. Even after the purchase closed, they hung in there with us, following up with post-purchase details and further questions we had. At no point did we have the feeling that all they cared about was the sale. And it was all done with a spirit of cooperation and a smile. We recommend them highly.

The worst service ever ! I took my car in for an oil change and told them the engine light was on , and to please check it. I left the car there for few days, and they called me to come to pick it up . I told them please have my car washed, and called them before I left the house to be sure my car was ready. When I got there , they brought out my car is still dirty and I had to wait for them to wash it again. When I left, I noticed the check engine light was still on, so now I need to make another appointment to take care of that. Ron was so rude and unprofessional. They just try to get the most money out of you . Since I worked I car dealership before I knew the BMW of Maui charges you double on the service price . Never going back there again !

We were in the market for an upgrade for our 2012 Mini Cooper. After seeing some certified used cars, we decided (with Anthony's help) to leave the Dealership with a gorgeous 2020 metallic gray BMW X1 ! This lease was a doable, too-good-to-be-true option. Yes! Now we're talking one gorgeous driving machine! We adore this car! Anthony made our entire buying experience a very pleasurable Maui afternoon. Anthony is the consummate Hawaiian professional, born and raised--still doing the right thing for his customers. In fact the entire BMW Maui team: Aka, Drew, Noie in sales--YOU GUYS ROCK!!

I just moved here from Cali and had a great relationship with my service center and didn’t think I would find another great one...I did! Ben took my car and heard my issues and addressed each one with an explanation and recommendation. A good service center and employees are hard to find but Bmw Maui is a good one. I will be purchasing my new Bmw here next year! Dilly dilly
