I was looking for a Ford Ranger but stopped by BSA and saw a Toyota Tacoma on the lot in excellent condition. It had more mileage than I would have ever considered but Joe not only assured me of its good condition, he backed it up with a 13 month warranty. Pleasure to deal with Charlie on some minor repairs as well. Highly recommend this Dealer for a used vehicle.

Sold me deep flawed car and had to unload 4 parts
In my personal experience, Broad Street Auto Sales seem to traffic in terminally ill cars bought at auction to pass them onto unsuspecting buyers. Don't buy from or bid on anything unless you know how the car ideally drives, have a trusted mechanic check out the car or give them an extensive checklist to affirm and be accountable for. I bought a 12 year old Toyota from Broad street Auto Sales that I am essentially having to sell for parts one month later, costing my family 75 percent of the car value (losing over $4k Jan 2019 purchase price). It was unreliable and now undrivable unless I want to spend thousands on critical repairs and still have a liability filled money pit. This shop's condition assessment of the vehicles online cannot be trusted, in my opinion, as they only describe systems that don't have problems. If they don't affirm to the integrity of the car system, it WILL have problems, in my experience. Buying from this shop provided me no more protection, reconditioning, inspection, or quality assurance than buying from an unscrupulous private party who would be either too ignorant or unethical to disclose car problems before the sale. I lost a lot of money dealing with this shop. Don't buy from them. They cannot be trusted. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

Great experience buying my car!!
I contacted Broad street Auto Sales in search of a different car than what I had for the past 6 years which was a sedan. I explained what I was looking for ( a midsize SUV 4x4), and I was able to get a auto loan to purchase my SUV from them. They are very willing work with you even if you don't have not so good credit. I definitely recommend buying a car from them. I had a wonderful experience!!

Best car purchasing experience I ever had!
I don't think there is anyone who hates the car buying process more than I do. Not once in the countless car purchases I have made has the sales rep. ever carried through on their promises. Any problems with my car afterwards turned in to a wrestling match with the dealership if I could even get them to return my phone calls. Everyone knows when you buy a used car, you are going to find problems with it and unless you really know what you are doing, you always miss the small things. Within 10 days after purchasing my 2006 Nissan Altima, I found about 5 or 6 minor things that needed repair (most cosmetic). I contacted Joe and told him the issues and he had everything repaired that I called to his attention at no cost to myself. He did the same thing after I bought a 2005 Chrysler minivan for my wife. I have now owned both vehicles for 2 years and any time I have a mechanical problem, he either has it repaired on site for far below what I would normally pay or refers me to one of his repair contacts. The last contact was regarding an exhaust problem I had. The first mechanic I went to wanted $1,200.00. He sent me to his contact and the repair fee was $155.00! The bottom line is that it is hard to find people who hold to their promises and never have I met a car dealership that does. They always have a nice inventory mix and the vehicles are in excellent condition. Considering the fact that they sell good quality vehicles and back their product up far beyond what they are obligated to, there is no reason why I would ever shop anywhere else.

Crooks
When they sold me my car, Broad Street agreed to perform a number of repairs before I drove it away, such as replacing old belts, installing a new battery, etc. I had to come back twice, because they didn't do what they had promised the first, or second time. In time I noticed that all of the repairs were half-measures -- crappy parts, badly installed, etc. Of course, once the papers were signed they didn't give me the time of day. A year and a half later I was still discovering results of their shoddy work. The only repair they actually (apparently) fully kept their word on was replacing the battery. But 18 months later when I replaced a headlight bulb I discovered that the battery has no hold-down. I brought it to my mechanic, who told me that there's never been a hold down on this battery in this car, because it's the wrong size battery. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I'm the 11th person to leave a review here, and until now everyone has rated Broad St. 5 out of 5. If you believe those ratings are legitimate, you're an idiot.

I have had several personal issues that have led to bad credit. I was in need of a car and wasn't having much luck. I spoke with Joe and not only was he able to work with my credit, he was able to make my payments well within my comfort zone !! I would gladly recommend Broad Street Auto and the staff there in a heartbeat. Thanks again !! -Brian

Great deal on a nice ride from an honest dealer
Met with Joe while looking for a mid size SUV. He has a very nice selection, and was able to offer me several in my price range. I chose a Honda and am not one bit unhappy now that its a month later. Joe obtained fair financing with a 3 year warranty, all within my comfort zone of payments. The few things I pointed out on the vehicle Joe took care of at his own expense promptly without skimping or cutting corners to save cost. Even after the sale is complete, this dealer still seems to care and take an interest in my happiness with this vehicle, that is something I never got at those huge dealers. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent vehicle.

We do take pride not only in our product but in our customer relations after the sale. Most of our customers return for subsequent purchases. It is a pleasure to deal with quality customers like you.
Great Experience, Great Customer Service, A++
This dealership really helped me get out of a what I thought was a very bad situation. Just when I thought I was doomed, I came into this dealership with little to no hope that I would be leaving with a new car. They took very good care of me with financing and making sure I was covered with a great warranty. I am pleased to say I have no complaints at all of my experience. With my experience with this dealership I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality used automobile.
