my windshield wiper on my Mercedes GLA250 broke during a car wash-I was quick to call Universal [no auto parts store carries M]-& within 24 hrs I was happy to have the correct fit. They were open when the dealer wasn’t,. Universal has also taken care of my previous Mercedes maintenance. Their expertise workmanship & personal manner makes me one satisfied customer!
