Great experience!

Great experience! We drive from Wichita and Donnie met us on a Sunday when dealership was closed. Very kind of him, no pressure sale, which was very nice. We viewed the car we came for and made quick easy purchase. Thank you would definitely recommend this dealership.

Family style dealer

Online inventory was accurate. Service was informed and quick. Good vehicles at the right price. Not trying to bandaid or oversell things. Big relief after hitting several other lots of junkers before finding Qually's.

Cars only look good

Bought a car for $17,000 a month and two weeks later it needs a new motor, new clutch, and both catalytic converters are bad. Which is going to cost $12,274 at the gm dealership.

Inspect vehicles for problems

Drove 213 miles to look at a Volkswagen Tiguan and I absolutely loved the vehicle . It was described to be in excellent condition which parts of it was and parts of it weren't . The windshield molding was missing and its apparent water had been leaking in. The top of the roof that meets the windshield is all rusted and chipping paint. Take it on a test drive and 2 miles down the road the check engine light comes on. The owner hooked it up to read the code and the turbo charger failure is the issue. I really liked the vehicle and have a check in hand to purchase it. The transaction was treated like oh well sorry about your luck on the to the next. Not a great way to handle business or make the situation right at all after driving from another state to see it.

My truck-buying experience at Qually’s Auto Sales could not have been more perfect. Don and Donny were both knowledgeable and responsive. They immediately tuned into my needs as a customer. I felt like they listened and did everything they could to make my purchase go smoothly and efficiently. I would return to this dealership in a heartbeat!

DON’T BUY THIS EDGE!

Checked out an ‘09 Ford Edge Limited and were close to buying it when we got a horrible report from a third party we had to check out the vehicle. We let the salesperson and the owner know the dangers…..and they still have it listed!! Don’t buy this car!! It could catch fire, due to a poor repair job!!

DON’T BUY THIS EDGE!

Honcho1954

Sent a couple of e-mails about a HHR never heard back filled out a credit application no response thought about driving over since I live 30 miles away glad I didn't not worth wasting time and gas.
