They could have killed me they sold me a 2012 Serra with a completely gone shock support mount was completely rusted out and didn’t even exist and covered it by the spare tire and tarp. They deserve to go to jail for putting me in 7300$ of dept for a broken truck I traded my only car for a broken one

Don't buy cars from these guys unless you routinely win...
Don't buy cars from these guys unless you routinely win the lottery. Just lucky if you get an okay car. Oil leaks in transmission and bad brakes and rotors...they knew about it. They promised to share cost of repairs. Phone calls to get reimbursedwent unanswered. Went to dealership many times but owner never there. Cost me 1500 for a 4000 car.

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!
My husband and I purchased a car from Albir at MGM Imports in Loveland. We were assured several times by Albir that the rattling noise which sounds as if it is coming from the engine is in fact the tensioner belt pulley that needed replaced. I suggested (based on my google search) that it was possibly the timing chain and I was told by Albir that Meineke inspected the car and assured us it is not the timing chain. My husband and I did take the car to our mechanic to do all the recommended repairs per the Meineke report provided by Albir at MGM. We replaced the brake pads and rotors all around (brake light was on), replaced the tensioner pulley and both belts, the mechanic did see that the harmonic balancer was in terrible condition so that was replaced as well. $1,169.47 later the engine noise is still there and in fact the noise is a result of the timing chain per the mechanic. A month later MGM Imports mechanic to confirm the timing chain and the water pump needed replaced. I was told by Albir at MGM Imports that I needed to purchase the parts which would cost $700 - $800 and I was given an estimate from Meineke for the labor. I was told Albir at MGM Imports wanted Meineke to do the labor so they can warranty it and I was given an estimate of $1,168.98. I was told by Albir at MGM Imports I would pay half and MGM Imports would pay half. Albir said if the car is dropped off for repair on a Friday by 6pm we would be able to pick the car back up Saturday by end of business. I asked multiple times if I could just have the car worked on by my mechanic that I trust and Albir at MGM Imports insisted he said “I can trust my mechanic, if my mechanic do it for me I can trust my mechanic and I give you warranty. Even if the engine broke in half I will tell you bring it back to me.” I find out Meineke isn’t doing the repair as I was told by Albir with MGM Imports he said Meineke isn’t comfortable doing the repair. I was assured MGM Imports would offer the same warranty that Meineke offered which is 3 months from the repair date (5/16/19). After repair was completed the mechanic didn't put oil back in the car so the engine locked and needs replaced. MGM REFUSES AFTER THE OWNER SAID HE WOULD.

Sells faulty cars. Do not buy from this place. They are liars they say they will fix problems just to get the sale, then never fix them. Even owner did not take care of problem. Con artist.

Scammers
Worst dealer I've even been to. Yelled and screamed in front of customers because they were caught trying to scam me. Lost 2 customers that night. Sells faulty cars. See google reviews, their cars usually die quickly.

The Real Reviews are Spot On - Awful!
Called on a car, never got a call back. Called again 2 days later and couldn't understand a word of his "English". On 4 car sites it shows this car has been there since May. He said it took that long to get the car ready. Also asked about the 100+ mileage difference and why he hasn't updated his website to show correct mileage. The process was easy and the people were helpful and nice. He let us take the car for a drive and he gave us the run down on it. He filled up the gas tank as well before we took it home.

Garbage customer service
They will tell you anything to buy a car. I see they changed their name bc they had way too many complaints with the better business bureau. I wonder if they paid for someone to write their reviews.
