I came here at the age of 19 to buy my first car. It was a used 2006 Hyundai Sonata, and Mr. Will Ward helped us through the process. It was a very fast and honest experience with no pressure. I am glad that getting my first car was not complicated at all by pressure or dishonesty.

I dealt with Will Ward and this was the most pleasant experience I've had buying a used car. I live in Huntsville, Alabama and found the car I was interested in on cars.com. I was impressed with the online reviews for Will in particular and the dealership as a whole. Although I could not complete the deal over the phone, Will agreed to hold the keys to the car if I could come that day. After rearranging my schedule, I drove for 3 hours and arrived to find the car waiting for me to test drive. Will took time to acquaint me with the basics of the car, especially the push button start. He told me to take a right off the lot and drive as far as I wanted to assess the car's handling, ride, comfort and performance. When I returned Will was dealing with another customer and knowing that I had not had time for lunch, he suggested a place called "Vittles." The name was surely appropriate because their menu features "down home country cooking." This gave me some more time to acquaint myself with the features of the car. Back at the Auto Mall, Will had the paperwork started and walked me through the purchase process. In less than 3 hours I was on my way and at least 2 hours were spent test driving, having lunch and waiting for the car to be detailed. This was a great experience. This takes me back to the 1950's when a man's word and a handshake sealed the deal. If you are looking for a car try the Marietta Auto Mall and ask for Will. You will not be disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience buying a car with Ray and Will. It was my first time buying and I had no idea what I was doing. They didn't hawk over me while I was looking at cars and let me take my time to meander around. They were not able to get my financed on my own as I am 22 and the only things I have on my credit report are two small student loans. But, they did get me financed with a co-signer. The car I bought (a 2008 Honda Civic Coupe) had two small problems, the driver window motor was not working and an overhead vanity light was out. They fixed both before I even finished signing my paperwork. Overall, a great experience; would definitely recommend.

My husband and I were buying a car after our old one was totaled. Will and Rehan were great to work with. The process was fast and easy. They have a nice selection of cars. I would recommend this place.
