Oil change and battery replacement.

Friendly Ford did a great job on my oil change and battery replacement. Also took care of a factory recall all in one visit. Service representative was friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great experience. I will use their service department again. Thanks

Wonderful

We were in the market for a F150, we looked at 15 plus before we found the one we wanted. Randy and Eric were amazing, they gave us the best deal ever! We were so pleased we inquired about a Raptor and purchased it also. Bryan in the paint shop did an amazing job in doing the bed liner. He work was much better than the factory and he fixed a paint issue for us also. Bryan was very helpful in explaining why and how he would fix the paint issue as for the spray in bed liner, perfect job!

Stranded on the weekend.

I was off to vacation with my family on a early Saturday morning my older truck left us stranded four hours from any dealer. We looked on line to find a selection of trucks and Friendly Ford had the best to choose from we called soon as they opened and picked out a truck we needed for the job. The manager sent a salesman to pick me up and bring me back to Las Vegas that was four hours away. When I got there it was close to closing time but they had everything ready for me the manager had a hitch installed in my new truck and the paperwork was ready to go. From when I got to the dealer and left to head back to my family with my new truck I was only there for less than 30 min. They are so helpful in this new perches I am very thankful to them.

Fast, quality service. Caring staff.

Scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance on my Ford. I arrived early and they took me right in. Work completed in less than one hour. Multi-point check revealed no problems. Service writer, Jesus, briefed me and sent me on my way. I am a committed Friendly customer.

Great experience at this dealer

Overall at friendly it was a good experience, Kevin Speakman made us feel comfortable wasn’t pushy at all, we’re stubborn when it comes to what we want and he was more than willing to keep us happy! Highly recommend Kevin when you go to friendly ford in Vegas. He will make sure to get you the deal you want. Highly recommend this dealer and salesman.
