Going to the car dealership is never something that I

Going to the car dealership is never something that I look forward to, however, Stephen made this experience feel speedy and easy. I only leased my car this time, but I look forward to the lease ending so that I can use his services again towards my first car purchase!

Sold with a one year warranty and told no accidents.

Sold with a one year warranty and told no accidents. When we took it to another Honda dealership 11 months after purchase for a check up we were told the warranty was void because it looked like it had been in an accident and the replace parts were not Honda’s. David solution was to sell us another car at a higher price. His service department did not fix the problems with our car. They also did not mention it had non Honda parts and had been in an accident.

Horrible establishment, sales manager kept adding options

Horrible establishment, sales manager kept adding options onto the lease that I was not aware of, then taking the option such as window tints to make me feel like my lease was getting cheaper when in reality they just removed the window tint they added without my knowledge. Sneaky sales tactics. I would avoid buying from here.

Although it wasn't a smooth beginning we had a great ending. T and david gillum made it posible for my family to have the car that we needed and wanted at a convenient price. I would recommend anyone to visit galpin honda and ask for "t" he will take care of you and your needs.

The Galpin Honda dealership is by far the best...

The Galpin Honda dealership is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From the beginning there staff was ultra polite and initially answered all my questions. My salesman "T" was outstanding! He answered all my questions and was responsive whenever I needed an answer regarding the process. David Gillum the GM is running a well oiled machine. It's great to be able to deal with one person through the whole process (buying, leasing, financial, maintenance). Strongly suggest going there you won't be disappointed and make sure you ask for "T"!
