I just bought my second Honda from Galpin Honda. In the past I have purchased multiple cars from the Galpin family of dealerships, so I am a loyal customer. This most recent experience was particularly good. I went in with a very specific idea of what I wanted. Our sales person was Alexander Tumasov and he was beyond excellent! He listened to me and didn't try to push anything other than what I asked for. This matters to me a lot, as I respond very poorly to pushy salespeople, and have been known to walk out of places if their salespeople don't listen. Alexander was amazing. He was knowledgeable, efficient, funny and even did card tricks for us while we waited for the paperwork to be drawn up. I am thrilled with our experience from beginning to end, and especially wish to commend Alexander!
