Terrible service, we usually work with Henry but he

Terrible service, we usually work with Henry but he wasn’t there nether was Rayn the service manager. Everyone else has horrible customer service there. We service our m5 and x3 there and we just had a blow out today, on our m5 and made it to the dealership but they told me that i have to wait 3 days for my car to get look at until Henry comes back. That is unacceptable. So I went to discount tires across the road and got 4 new tires. Michelin pilot all season 4. I have given that dealership multiple chances but the service somehow always disappoints us. I will not be buying a car for that dealership as I had planned in 2025, I’ll be going to Chapman bmw in chandler. Henry is great and it’s not his fault. It’s poor leadership and the other service advisor who are not willing to help anyone else if it isn’t there appointment, they just look the other way without acknowledging you. That’s the reason I never worked with them to begin with. I own 3 BMWs and my family and friends have even more and I’ll be sharing this experience with them.

I appreciate how I was treated and greeted by your staff. How I was taking care of and given regular updates about my car and the service. As well as the advice I was given about the vehicle, and upkeep about the vehicle. I really appreciate from the BMW staff making me feel like I really owned something special. Speaking specifically about the nice young lady who took care of me. Short hospitality. And showed every minute I was there that she actually cared.I know my car is kind of an older model and just a little hatchback and nothing special but it's still a BMW. And your staff treated me as if my car and I was something special.THANK YOU. IF I EVER HAPPENED TO STEP INTO THE UPPER LEVEL INCOME BRACKET TO BE ABLE TO AFFORD A BMW VEHICLE. We have multiple BMW cars.

We have multiple BMW cars. We use this location for all the service our BMW cars need. BMW of tucson is a friendly, proffesional place to take your car for any kind of service. Service people are freindly &help you in a proffesional manner. They absoultly take care of you & your car. I would say # 1 in Tucson AZ. The waiting room is a great entertainment work of art space to sit a cup of coffee, ice cream of your choice or read your favorite magazine or book. I love this place & recommend to anyone in Tucson.

From the moment we called BMW Tucson and spoke with Juan

From the moment we called BMW Tucson and spoke with Juan Parras about the possibility of purchasing a new m340i, we knew we were in good hands. We had previously spoken with another dealership in Phoenix and there was absolutely no comparison in the opening conversation between the two sales people as far as meeting our needs and/or just selling us a car. Once the car arrived, we realized that Juan had the patience of a saint. We have had TWO 24 year old BMWs and finally one of them got to the point where it was time for it to be sold. Having not purchased a car for 24 years (!), we were challenged with a totally new way of driving. The amount of time that Juan continues to assist us in getting to know our car is beyond the call of duty. We were also incredibly impressed with Ivan in the finance department. He worked with us with all the details in a kind, competent manner. The sales team at BMW TUCSON is a delightful group of people who seem to love their jobs as well as their customers.
