If I could give negative stars I would.

If I could give negative stars I would. I know 3 people who bought vehicles from them in the last year. All ran good for 6 months. Was serviced regularly by the dealer per their bumper to bumper warranty. Yet all 3 vehicles have non-stop issues and their terrible technicians can never figure out what’s wrong.

Great dealership!

Great dealership! They have a good size inventory, many vehicles to choose from. Brian Jackson was a huge help. He helped find a car for us and was able to get the monthly payments down to an amount we could afford.

I started out just going to look at a vehicle to see its condition and if I wanted to buy it. Well then I went in to see a sales person and low and behold I met the best sales person I have ever dealt with Brad T. My experience dealing with Brad and Pellegrino Auto Sales was nothing but Sensational!! The individuals I had the opportunity of meeting while making my deal were awesum and so very friendly it amazed me. They honestly work for the customer and not just for themselves as do other dealerships, it was a very pleasing experience when I bought my new to me used car. Thanks to all who made this possible at Pellegrino's :))

Car for Great Grandson!!!

When I started looking to buy a car for my Great grandson, I was so overwhelmed. I was online checking out dealerships and came across some cars I thought my grandson would like. I did some research on Pellegrino Auto and decided to call them. I talked to Brian and was really impressed by how helpful he was to me. My grandson and I made an appointment to look at some cars. I felt that Brian was an honest person and I put my trust in him. We found the car my grandson liked, put down a deposit and purchased it a few days later. It was such a pleasure dealing with Brian. All the staff at Pellegrino Auto have friendly attitudes. Thank you very much Brian you made this purchase so easy for us.

The service agreement is the last form you sign.

The service agreement is the last form you sign. It's designed that way. If you don't lock into your bi annual service at their shop, you will not be granted the powertrain warranty, even if you have a service shop closer that you'd prefer to take the vehicle to. The website does not specify that and the price will and has increased without warning. For a service that costs under $80 elsewhere, this dealership charges $129.95. December 2022 the price was $79.95. Materials have not increased enough to justify this jump in REQUIRED service. Pay it or kiss your warranty goodbye. NOTHING prevents this price from rising. There is no cap and the competition charges less. Overall, wanting to have my vehicle serviced by my own mechanic under the right to repair, is paramount. He is 3 miles from my home.Being at the mercy of this dealership's decision to raise this cost anytime they want, is not the primary issue here ! A powertrain warranty written by a third party (as in this case) should be honored as long as the vehicle is serviced by a certified shop, anywhere !! What if the car purchaser lives an hour away from their 1 of 3 service shops ? Too bad ! Your problem not theirs.

TC (Frank) As I explained with my review on Google the Powertrain for Life Warranty is a free to you service that we GIVE you. You did not pay for this service. Your only obligation is to bring it to us every 5,000 miles for your oil change, filter and tire rotation. You are not happy with this program because we charge a higher price than what you can get it for locally. I understand your desire to have it done closer to home but the program explicitly states that the service must be done at our shop. I also am confused as you say we have you sign this agreement at the end as if we are trying to slip it in or scam you. This is not the case, as you recall you paid nothing for the warranty, so why would we feel the need to slip it in? If you don't want to follow the program guidelines, no problem! If you want to keep the free service, follow our rules. That is all. Also in regards to our pricing, we changed our offering in January of 2023 and provide more services as part of the Powertrain for life program. We now offer for $129.95 a full synthetic oil change with filter, tire rotation, check battery, perform brake inspection, Install BG Advanced Formula MOA, Install BG EPR Engine Performance Restoration, and we give you a detailed health report upon request. I feel it's a small price to pay to have engine and transmission coverage for life of ownership. If you don't feel its worth it, don't do it and assume your own liability. Also you mention nothing prevents the price from rising. This is correct. This is called Free Enterprise. I have the right to charge whatever I feel fit. If you don't like my price you have the right not to pay. Not sure how this is so hard for you to understand. I'm not obligated to stick to one price for the life of your car ownership just like Wegmans isn't obligated to charge you the same price for milk. We do our best to make our customers happy but unfortunately I'm not at Liberty to grant your request to have this service done by your local mechanic. The contract you signed states that it must be done at our service department. I want you to know I appreciate your business and I hope you understand my position and we can do business again in the future. Thank you, Guy Pellegrino Pellegrino Auto Sales

My fiance and I came in needing a good car but we didn't

My fiance and I came in needing a good car but we didn't know where to start. Brian helped us every step of the way, and took his time to explain everything to us. I am very appreciative of Brian's patience and guidance! Would definitely recommend Pelligrinos and Brian to anyone and everyone!
