I would give it 0 stars if I could. Beware what you are paying for and buying is not worth it. You will be upside down the moment you pull off the lot!!!

This Dealership is a Joke let me start off by saying DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU SEE IT IN PERSON AND DRIVE IT, HE CLAIMS ALL HIS CARS ARE IMMACULATE AND PRISTINE AND THERE NOT, I PURCHASED A 2007 ROLLS ROYCE PHANTON EWB ONLINE I LIVE IN SACRAMENTO CA, he STATED IT WAS IN PRISTINE CONDITION I HAD THE CAR SHIPPED ENCLOSED TRAILER, when the car got here the rear TV was broken in the back passenger side and also the rear roof headliner was falling off , he didn’t disclose any of this to me now here comes the best part, I drove the car about 5 miles and the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND THE REDUCE POWER WARNING COMES ON AND NOW THE CAR IS NOT DRIVABLE PAST 20mph, I JUST PAID $152k for a car I can’t drive that needs major repairs ! THIS DEALERSHIP NEEDS integrity and TELL THE CUSTOMER EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR ESPECIALLY IF THERE IN ANOTHER STATE, be clear and upfront!! This is my experience HOPE NO ONE ELSE HAS TO DEAL WITH THIS bad!

Went by to test drive a car and had set up an appointment beforehand. No one came out to show us the car, which we eventually found on our own, and then when we asked about a test drive he said no test drive unless we agreed to buy the car first (what's the point of a test drive then??). Ridiculous. I left a bad review on another site and he actually had the near to call me and threaten me if I didn't remove the bad review. Stay FAR AWAY from this place.

I had a decent experience, not great, but I was treated well. Unfortunately, there are NO Test Drives because many of these cars are rare, expensive, or exclusive. You can't even view the vehicle without an appointment. So, I called ahead and scheduled a showing. The Process was easy and quick, even though, I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them.

Just went to the dealership hoping to test drive one of Michael's overpriced cars with a check in hand. When he saw my husband and I (a young black couple) he started to say something about our insurance wouldn't cover it if we wrecked his car taking it around the block. After that didn't go over well he asked to see our check from the bank because he was concerned that our bank may not cover the cost and that WE may not have enough money to cover the difference! We had heard enough of his stereotyping and proceeded to leave. My husband went back in to tell him this is the exact treatment of people of color that needs to end. He was speechless and said he didn't feel comfortable with us driving his car. If you're brown, stay away, your money is not good with him.

The owner / only sales representative is rude disrespectful will only let you view the car by appointment and will not let you sit in and or test drive the car. "In fear of creasing the letters"
