I would never take any of my cars here. Charged 1,700 for a new battery and they gave me a used one from 2023. 1,700 total 400 battery 300 diagnostic and 1000 to test the battery. My car broke down again with the same problem not even a month later. The service manager refused to talk to me, apologize or offer a refund.

I used Cars.
I used Cars.com to send a message to this dealership asking for additional information on their financing options. I didn't hear back so I had to call and let them know I was very interested in a truck. After mentioning to the salesmen that I would even put a deposit to hold the truck, I was promised a call back as the sales person was going to "put his hands" on the vehicle. I didn't receive a call back. I received an email the following afternoon informing me that the truck was sold. The communication was not very well executed considering this was my first time using the site to try and purchase a vehicle.

I feel obligated to share my deeply concerning experience with Phil Long Audi, which has significantly shaken my trust in their commitment to customer safety and service quality. As a loyal customer since 2018, having purchased nine vehicles, I am profoundly disappointed and alarmed by the recent issues with my Audi Q8 and the dealership's response. My Q8 was in the shop for almost three weeks due to an electrical failure, a problem that I've come to learn is not unique to my vehicle but seems to be a recurring issue in the Q7, Q8, SQ7, SQ8, A7, and A8 models. This is a massive safety concern, as my vehicle stalled in the middle of an intersection, posing a serious risk to my family and other road users. The fact that such a critical and widespread issue exists within these models is alarming and questions the overall safety standards upheld by Audi. After the initial repair, I was promised a trade assist and reassured about the 7-year warranty, which led me to keep the vehicle. However, the very next day, I encountered a red warning for low coolant levels. This incident, occurring right after a two-week repair period, is unacceptable. It not only highlights a severe lack of thoroughness in their service but also a blatant disregard for basic vehicle safety checks, especially since I had requested a comprehensive safety inspection. The combination of a serious, known electrical issue across multiple models and the dealership's failure to address basic maintenance checks is inexcusable. It reflects a disturbing negligence in service and a disregard for customer safety and satisfaction. My family has purchased 9 vehicles and I am now reevaluating my loyalty to the Audi brand and Phil Long Audi. This experience has been eye-opening and disheartening. I strongly urge potential customers to consider these serious safety and service issues before engaging with Phil Long Audi.
