My experience at Audi Colorado Springs has been pretty awful. I bought my used Q5 tdi in August 2020. They rushed me into buying it, initially low balled... me on my trade it and we keep finding issues with the purchase. I took the car into my performance shop the weekend after I bought it so they could take a look to make sure everything checked out. They found a huge mouse nest in the cabin filter. I texted my saleswomen about it and she texted back ?haha, that?s not good.? I took the pictures back to the dealership and showed the sales manager and asked him to replace the filter since it should have been done during their initial ?Audi certified? inspected. He came out and handed me the filter instead of having it installed. Two weeks after purchase they contacted me saying that I needed to come back into the dealership to resign the papers since they told me to sign on the incorrect line. Two months after purchase they contacted me saying I needed to come back to the dealership to resign the bill of sale because they told the DMV that the car they sold me was gas. It was a tdi (diesel). Something they should have paid attention to! Since purchase, I have found FIVE MOUSE NESTS in the car. Nests in the air filter, cabin filter, under the spare tire and in both sides of the rear inside the panels. I?ve caught one mouse but there is still one living in the car. This has been a huge mess considering there was about A YEARS WORTH OF MOUSE FECES in the car, behind the panels and next to the spare tire. It smells like mouse urine and I?m still trying to find the other mouse. If you buy a car from Audi Colorado Springs just make sure you do a very thorough check since apparently, they do not.

Matt Cooper was excellent! We had a horrible experience with the Audi dealership in Albuquerque, NM (I would definitely NOT recommend them) and we were... actually going to switch to BMW. We happen to be driving through Colorado Springs and stop to give Audi a second chance. Matt and the rest of the staff made sure that our experience was positive. I would definitely go back to Phil Long Audi and Matt Cooper!
I am on vacation and needed some help with my brakes. Andrew the service rep was able to squeeze me in the same day and complete the repairs. Thank you... so much.

After 15 years of Audi ownership and multiple, regular trips to Audi service departments across 7 states (I'm military), this was easily the best experience... I've ever had. Everyone I dealt with was personable, positive and friendly. My advisor, Andrew, communicated everything transparently and effectively. My service was completed faster than expected, despite it being a fairly busy day. They kept me apprised of their progress each step of the way. 10/10 would recommend.

Service Representative was polite and helped get my car serviced to include recalls I had forgotten about. Everyone in the building was nice and well mannered... when I was there. I recommend anyone with AUDI vehicles in the area to get their cars serviced here.

Exceptional communication throughout the repair process. Impressively, Audi of Colorado Springs has their mechanics video record themselves pointing out... the issues with your vehicle and explaining in understandable language, what is happening with your car. Very informative.
