You might not give Auto Junction a second look driving by; they don't have a big flashy office and they are not located in North Scottsdale but these cost-saving options are the reason I was able to get a great deal on a wonderful car! I went on a Thursday to just check out the car I had seen online. I didn't feel pressured at all by the sales staff even after coming inside to talk numbers. I came back the next day after doing significant research on the vehicle and I was able to meet the owner, Alex. Alex was very helpful and was able to work with me on the price point and on my trade-in. For my first car buying experience, it was amazing and I will definitely return in the future for the upgrade.

It made my day to be in and out with a new car within 40 minutes. Alex and his team are great, friendly, not at all pushy. They offer financing but don't push it. IF you're like me (and many other happy reviewers of Auto Juntion Benz & Beemers) and would rather not even shop/buy a new car because the typical car buying process is awful THEN you have a place you can go to look and buy if you want, they WON'T try to use old school psychological tactics to trick you - they will treat you like a human being...if you want to buy - great. if you don't want to buy, great...you won't be hassled. I've spent more time at Best Buy waiting on paperwork for a TV or dishwasher than I did at Auto Junction. I had a great buying experience and definitely recommend you check out Auto Junction.

I needed a car but I wasnt sure what I wanted to purchase. The staff was more than happy to explain each vehicle of interest in detail w/no pressure. The financing was quick, extreme competitive, efficient and made easy. I had an issue with a rim I noticed after purchase and Alex replaced it with a new one immediately . No questions or hassle just the desire to please the customer. I love my beautiful new Mercedes and I'm glad I ran into this dealership for a high quality, laid back, no hassle experience... Alex is a no nonsense, forward personality but with sincere intentions. Honestly, he kept us laughing the entire time. Id take his matter of fact approach and good pricing vs smoke and mirrors at a Big dealership, anyday. Great team, Great Experience!

Recently in the market to replace my 5 series BMW and was shopping 650 Gran Coupes and MB CLS 550s. I stopped in to Auto Junction to look at a CLS 550 they had online and took it for a test drive with a rep. It was nice enough, but as a long time BMW owner, I wanted to drive the Grand Coupe that was available at another dealer up the road as well. No pressure from Auto Junction, they said go and check it out. I told them I may be back in a half hour. Well, I did test drive a (the one I was after had already been sold <right>) Grand Coupe and did like it very much. However, it was overpriced, the dealer wouldn't negotiate the price, and they were crazy low on my trade in. I left and was tired after having worked most of the day and so went back home rather than back to Auto Junction like I had said I would. I went back today (two days later) and asked if I could drive the car again. This time they just handed me the keys, told me to have fun, and bring it back when I was ready. I took it for a nice spin and decided to pull the trigger on it. After telling Alex my story re the other place and the bad trade offer, he gave me almost twice what the other dealer was offering. Offered extended warranty and gap coverage, but no pressure at all when I declined. I didn't haggle the asking price because I had done my homework and I already knew he had priced the car more than fairly. Got the paperwork done, car detailed and I'm out they door in less than an hour. No more 3 hour ordeals at dealerships for me. Fair list price, good trade value, fast paperwork. These guys are true blue.
