Vince was our salesperson and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and low-pressure. He made the experience smooth, and even the paperwork process was painless. Alex Masoorli was my salesperson, I did not have an appointment and it was my lucky day that he was available to help me with my car purchase. I came in to Apollo with an already prior scheduled trade-in to get a freshly used 2024 Kia Carnival. I was in contact with the general manager, Mikey, who already got the process started for me before I even got there. He managed to cut out the bulk of the hassle of paperwork that conventionally comes with car purchases, so that was real nice. The salesman who took over is Vinny. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, super pleasant, patient and dedicated. He didn't try to "bargain" me for anything else like other salesman do, and even when I asked him about an add-on, he was up front with his opinion and showed no signs of applying pressure. Then he stayed with me for over an hour after the shop closed to make sure I was fully comfortable in my new vehicle before driving home! Made sure to give me his contact info on the way out so he could help me with anything else that would come up even after the sale was over and done with. I was super impressed with the service and would highly recommend. They gave me top treatment as I'm sure they do with all of their customers. Thanks Apollo!

OK, lets be honest - buying a car is never going to be a pleasant experience. But when you find a dealer that makes it easier, a dealer that makes it more about you than about them, you have to be happy. Apollo Auto is that place. I went in with a certain car in mind, one I had seen on their website. Mario worked with me and explained every step in the process. He answered every question in detail and in plain English. He worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted, at a price I wanted, and with no lingering questions about the process. We did have an issue with the car after we got it. It turned out to be a minor problem, but the point is the service. They took care of it right away. They got the car back, diagnosed it, and called me to come pick it up all within ONE DAY! Everyone I dealt with, from the person at the front desk, to Mario, to the service department, was top notch, first class in everything! A great place to go for a car. These people are pros.

Ask for Vinny!! We live 1.5 hrs away and it took me longer to get here than the entire process. I saw the vehicle we wanted online, had him run all my numbers. He gave me a call with details of payment etc and it worked for us. We drove to the dealer in and out 30 mins with a new car. Loved the experience!
