This message is for the General Manager: I was in your facility this last Saturday to have my 2023 Santa Fe serviced. During that time, I met with Tony, and ultimately his manager Tom Van. I had had a really bad week since my partner of 30 years had just been diagnosed with ALS, and I was trying to reduce some of our financial obligations in light of her medical future. They were both very understanding, kind and helpful , and after significant time had the grace to work with me for lowering our monthly payment on a new car. I cannot thank them enough, or express my. Gratitude for their understanding and help. I believe this is our 6th Hyundai. Thank you, and them, from the bottom of my heart!

Each experience will be different. But they do work miracles. My finance rate is high but my credit needs work and this is my first dealership purchase ever. No one wanted to give me a chance and they have a bank that finally did. Go see Justin. And I got the car I wanted. That is a plus.

I was very happy with Jenkins service from everyone involved. Very clean and plenty of seating for customers to relax. The coffee, pop and popcorn was really nice. Also Bechir Bidani , Jason and the finance guy I don’t remember his name they were all fantastic.

We seen a vehicle that Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg had online. We drove to Leesburg from Citrus County Fl. We meet with Justin H. he showed us the vehicle we were interested in and we took it for a test drive. Such a great experience over all. Justin was very helpful and did not push us in any way.
