FRAUD.

FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM. The vehicle purchased started having major and incredibly dangerous safety issues. Our mechanic told us there is no way it passed inspection when they say it did and it must be faked. If you read through their reviews it’s clear this is something they do often and pay someone off to pass their vehicles. They said their shop would take care of our concerns and literally made the car worse off than before. STAY AWAY.

Bought 3 cars so far from this dealership, my experience was good! they work with me on down payments and reimburse me for the first oil change.

Unethical

For the most part I only post reviews when I have something good to say but I feel impelled to warn people about this place. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this establishment and after 1 week. I repeat...ONE WEEK-the engine needs to be replaced. Mind you we came to the dealership the day before purchase to test drive the vehicle, paid the deposit, and informed them we would return the following day to pay the balance (cash). They asked what time we would be picking the vehicle up so they could make sure it was detailed. We advised around noon. Upon pick up the car had not been cleaned at all. We should have realized how unethical they were at that point. We are now trying to get this situation rectified so far to no avail. Again, I really don't like posting bad reviews so however this experience ends good or bad I will be sure to update this review but as for now I have to say spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere!

Avoid

Avoid this place. Took 200 dollars for a deposit. I ended up buying a car closer to me. They are telling me my deposit is non refundable. Please do not shop here.

I may have had a unique experience. The service was good, however I had to negotiate to get some important items repaired. It was necessary for the truck to get front pads, the tires were below standard (could not pass inspection) and the battery was approaching 4 years old. I was able to get in writing: 4 used tires and new brake pads. The manager would not change the battery. I got everything in writing…. This is important. It took a while but the manager kept his word. The truck window (driver side) will not go up…. This is on me, I bought it “as is”. Read the signs and know what you want.

These clowns are absolute LIARS !!! Do not buy !!

ABSOLUTE LIARS !!!! You're a fool if you buy from them. Believe nothing they promise or even tell you. They are the rudest sales people in the world.

Dealer lied about issues, wasted 3hours of driving

I contacted them from Southern Richmond VA and asked if I could come look at a car. But before I head that way, I asked if they could tell me if there are any issue with the car so I can decide if I want to drive 1.5 hours one way. I was informed, there were no issues. Once I arrived and before they even started it up, I was told the noise I'm about to hear is the heat shield. Immediately on start up the noise was a very very loud rattle. Beyond that, I decided I'd test drive, then I noticed the whole rear end was horrible vibrating due to possibly a bad shock-absorber or control arm. And once I picked up speed over 40mph a wheel bearing noise was howling. This continued on with the A/C barely working and the interior sun roof was hanging fabric from it. The car was not what I had expected. So I got back to them and asked why they didn't inform me on these issues before I drove all this way. And having lied that everything was perfect. I was told it's just minor issues, so they did not feel it was necessary to inform me. I told them I am most likely not interested. And as I said that, he walked away towards his office without saying anything or a simple I'm sorry for your troubles. Just completely rude. At least I learned that I will not drive that far to look at a car anymore.

friendly store with lots of cars

Great location to see lots of cars. Found out they have two sites and even more cars. Helpful staff and clean building.
