If I could give them a 0 I would!!! Bought a Jeep on 7/14/2022. On 10/10/22 the engine blew. This place is so shady, anything for a sale. I have been without a vehicle since 10/10/22. And out 27,000. Thank God I purchased a warranty through my credit union My warranty is gonna pay $8069.99. To have the engine rebuilt. However, parts these days are hard to come by so I’ve been making a $600 payment every month for vehicle. I can’t even drive. Next to New is saying they may buy my vehicle back after it has been fixed wow seriously after I put $8000 into this vehicle! xxxx why wouldn’t you buy it back? It’s got a brand new rebuilt engine. I didn’t even put 2000 miles on this vehicle. Stay clear of this company and go to a reptile company. Oh, just a little background on The engine blew a piston and metal shavings through the engine. Nothing that I had done! Oh, and yes, I did ask them to fix the motor and they still wanted to charge me place is a joke

This place is such a scam! Lied about doing an inspection on our truck. The brake light was out, the power steering fluid was complete empty and we had to put coolant in. The winch that came on the truck doesn’t work. Really wish we can bring the truck back!! Can tell now that we have been driving it that it has problems but don’t trust to take it to them to look at it since they already lied about doing an inspection.

Crooked, horrible, poor service, poor cars. The owner is unprofessional. He would not stop texting me and blaming me for the issues I was having.

Critical: Professionalism I purchased a vehicle here and have had nothing but problems. I've had my vehicle back two times in 3 weeks and it still isnt fixed correctly. The owner flat out told me his mechanics "dont know what the problem is because he dont know how to fix it." The owner treats customers and his staff like crap. Justin and some other staff were good, but some of the rest are a bit untrustworthy. The owner cant feel anything wrong with the vehicle, but his own mechanic along with 2 outside mechanics and a tire guy said the same thing. Seems a bit strange. I would highly reconsider purchasing a vehicle from here.

Was looking for a truck to take out West coyote hunting! A friend of mine said I should look up Kelly at Next 2 New and tell him what I was looking for ! This place is a Joke this is the worst buying prosses that I have ever been through..... The owner Kelly buy's cars at a retail price puts wheels and tires on them the ask 3-5000 over book... He targets the younger gen and that have no inside info on how it should work this place is like I said a joke.. Jeff is a real slimball as well.

I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle a friend told me about next2new. I went to the dealership and was greeted by a salesman named Shawn. He helped me find the right vehicle that had what I was looking for and we went on the test drive. During the test drive he never once pressured me into buying but instead listened to everything I had to say. After the test test drive was over we went back to the dealership and talked about financing. I did not feel pressured into buying this car and the experience was very pleasureable. He then introduced me to Casey the business manager who did all of the financing for me. Casey was straight up with me and helped me out. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a great deal on a car as well as a wonderful experience.
