I purchased my brand new 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz in July,

I purchased my brand new 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz in July, 2023. First, the Hyundai website listed that there was a $2,500 rebate if the vehicle was financed. Near the end of signing all of the paperwork, I was told that the rebate was in fact only $500 and it was a system error so I would not get the full $2,500. A few months later, with less than 5k miles on my car, I received a chip in my windshield (and then quickly another and many many more). Upon inspection, it was determined that my windshield was Aftermarket, not OEM parts. Imagine my surprise in finding out my brand new car had Aftermarket parts. I have contacted Huffines Hyundai multiple times to remedy this situation only to be told that "we don't sell Aftermarket parts" and yet here we are. They have essentially called me a liar even though I have photo evidence of the day my vehicle was purchased which proves my windshield is aftermarket. At no point during the sale or in any of the paperwork that I was given does it mention Aftermarket parts. I also verified my windshield's lack of authenticity with another Hyundai dealer. I have since been ignored with my most recent two requests. Do not go to this dealership if you value your money, the quality of your vehicle, or customer service in general. Try any of the other dozen Hyundai dealers in the DFW area.

Ricardo & Aldo w/Huffines are AMAZING!

I worked online with Ricardo Mendoza for a few days via email, he was always prompt and courteous. I wasn't called multiple times a day or pressured to come in, because the car might not be there long. Ya know like you get from most dealerships. When I was able to make it in, he had the car detailed and ready in the event I purchased it. He was very friendly and helpful and worked very hard to make sure I was happy before I left, with a price I felt was reasonable. He even put my license plate holders on my new vehicle. It's simple things and the respect of my time, and no-pressure engagement that will cause me to return to Huffines. Also, when my blue link didn't work I texted him and he responded right back, saying I'd need to return, when I jokingly replied 'ugh' I gotta come back-he had the tech who handles it call me and get me set up and walked through using the app. It was handled within minutes. Most salespersons are done with you the day you walk out with your new vehicle. Ricardo & Aldo w/Huffines are AMAZING!

Best offer on sale or trade in for your car

This is my second time selling a preowned car to Huffines Hyundai McKinney and Kazeem Aiyeojenku was so attentive. They don't nickel and dime you as they provide a reasonable offer up front. If you need to sell your car or buy a preowned car, be sure to ask for Kazeem Aiyeojenku as he provides excellent customer service!

Robert is the best!

Robert was nothing short of amazing this week in getting my son's car in same day and having it repaired by the end of day two. Our Kia Soul had slowed in acceleration. We were able to have it towed to Robert at Huffines who kept in touch with me through the troubleshooting and repairs. I appreciate all he did to insure my son was back on the road quickly and safely.

Michael Lang is a superb perowned agent of Huffine

I have been researching previously owned automobiles online for two weeks. I saw a 2021 Telluride that was interesting and called Huffines McKinney asking about it availability. I was fortunate to have Michael Lane answer and discuss the Telluride. I drove to McKinney the next day and to my dismay the Sangria color was too dark for my taste. Michael was very gracious when we failed to buy the Telly but then found a silver Santa Fe that we really liked and bought. Michael's knowledge of both autos was very impressive and his salesmanship was very pleasant. I will definitely see Michael again if I eve need another auto.

I have bought two used cars here and both times it was fast and easy. I picked out a car online and filled out the application. Sent them info about my car. They found a lender so when I got there, I test drove the car and signed the paperwork in about 30 minutes! Ask for Xavier DeCosta. Very nice guy.

I have owned various Hyundai models for the past twenty

I have owned various Hyundai models for the past twenty years. During that time I’ve lived in two different states and have taken my vehicles to many different dealerships for service. Huffines Hyundai McKinney is currently the nearest Hyundai dealership to my home and I have taken my cars there for the past 8 years. I can honestly say they offer a very consistent level of service at the service desk. Unfortunately the level of service is somewhere between poor and terrible. They overpromise and underdeliver, there is little to no communication, the communication you do get is rarely accurate. Back in 2019 my Genesis needed the transmission replaced. A transmission was sourced from a warehouse in Dallas quickly, it then took a month to complete the job. In 2022 my Veracruz needed a recall done. The job took over a week with multiple service advisors giving conflicting stories as to what was the status of the vehicle. The dealer says they offer loaner cars, but despite being promised one more than once I’ve never actually seen one. We are currently in the market to purchase a new Palisade, however the dealership is marking up these vehicles by thousands of dollars. Ultimately I recommend looking elsewhere for your Hyundai needs if you can.
