Nothing but negative and horrible experience. I purchased my leased RAV4 on 11/18/2024. Had appointment with George and it was very smooth initially. The trouble happened when I walked into finance room and talked to Keaton Fox. He firstly presented a 7+% interest rate approval. I asked why it was so high and he explained the high interest rate environment. But I have a 800+ credit score from multiple sources and was quoted 5.89% a few days ago from Ally Financial. I didn't challenge too much and thought maybe i can refinance later. I basically just want to buy out my lease, nothing fancy. So we continued the conversation. He presented all different extended warranty options (all platinum 84mo/100000mile) with monthly quotes. I declined and informed him that I only drive this car maybe 1-2 days a month. Then he told me he could do something to help me. He said the dealership could buy out part of the warranty (quoted $1700) and put it into my loan. With this move, my interest rate would drop to 5.49%. So, 5.49% was contingent on my purchase of extended warranty. This didn't sound right and none of the paperwork later confirmed this contingency. Then I tried to confirm if the warranty term was platinum 84mo/100000mile and it was on top of my current vehicle status (another 7 years and extra 100k miles). I got both "Yes"s from Keaton. I thought it was reasonable deal especially also being told free 30 days cancellation after purchase. I signed all the paperwork based on these information from our conversation. I got home and read all the detail in my paperwork. I found the 5.49% wasn't contingent on any warranty purchase. It was just a trick to make me buy a not needed warranty. Extended warranty is platinum but only 96mo/75000miles from first service date which was 12/12/2021. So, I really paid $1700 for 60mo/52000miles. This is a SCAM!!! I tried to contact finance department since this morning and always ended up with voicemail. I surely will cancel my extended warranty and will file complaint everywhere I can.

A beautiful dealership facility, with the nicest staff, starting with the wonderful receptionist, the awesome sales staff, the honest and friendly finance staff and everyone all the way up to the general manager. The waiting area has free Dr. Pepper (and other sodas if that’s your thing). We had a general idea of what vehicle we already were interested in - but the staff was patient and wonderful with all our questions. Their knowledge level was the tops. The vehicle, a 2024 RAV4, is beautiful and well crafted. The dealership clearly believes the experience of purchasing a car should be a fun and happy experience - not a dreadful tribulation. George is a pro - and also a genuinely nice guy. He helped me surprise my wife with a new car this summer, and made the buying process so easy…and dare I say fun? George was condescending and rude. He started running numbers and did not even show me a car as requested. Told me I needed to work on my credit and to go home and figure it out and think about it. Keep in mind he didn’t even run my credit or know what it was.
