Lex greeted us when we went to pick up our new car on Saturday morning. Although we test-drove other RAV4 Hybrids before ordering one, he suggested we drove our car before finalizing the finance details. He walked us through how to setup to infomatics system, such as Apple Carplay. Lex was very straightforward and personable throughout the entire process, from first arriving to leaving with our new car.

Our sales associate Lex Woods-Woodard was amazing! He answered all questions we had and we were able to negotiate a fair deal on the vehicle we purchased in a timely manner. Mr. Perez in the finance office was a different story. He proposed an inflated finance interest rate, and I countered that I had funding approved through a credit union at a far lower rate. He rolled his eyes and said “What is it?” He then proceeded to rifle through the paperwork, visibly agitated. When that process was done, he handed us our paperwork and told us to go sit in the lobby until funding was confirmed. No “Thank you for your business.” No nothing. He seemed very aggravated that he couldn’t take advantage of a customer for the dealership’s benefit. Again, LEX was awesome! The lack of professionalism in the finance office was the only downside to the transaction.

I purchased my first Toyota here and was not disappointed at all! They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, however the one I wanted was in transit and I was able to reserve it, and I only waited a week before it arrived. The salesman Lex Woodard was amazing! Very kind, helpful, and he made the buying process very smooth and easy. The whole team at Patt Lobb Toyota were very helpful and I would recommend anyone who is buying a new car to come to this location :)

I was looking for a specific color that was not available. I already was about to go into Contract with a different color vehicle at another dealership through my Credit Union. I wanted to know if my preferred color was in stock. I did not need to have a different outcome. He was professional and did let me know when it would be in stock, etc. However, I was not interested in waiting nor using the service when I already spent time with someone else that was delivering the other vehicle that day.

Lex Is amazing! He made the whole process of buying my new car great! He got me the best deal he could with what I had to work with and he is very personable. He connects with his customers and treats them like family, at least that’s how I felt. He took the time to show me all the cool features my car has, he was so patient and kind! Great experience buying our new Toyota RAV4 from Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. We lucked out with Lex Woodward the salesman, he kept us up to date as we had to wait for the model we wanted to arrive. On day of purchase he was patient and courteous and answered all the questions.He has also been great with after sales service! Will buy from them again and definitely use Lex again as well.
