Our salesman George was incredible to work with.

Our salesman George was incredible to work with. However the big sale that you had going on when I purchased my vehicle was not conducive to a good experience. The outside salesman that grabbed us was condescending at best. Thankfully George found us for our scheduled appointment and made the experience great.

The fix is five stars, the service tech charges are

The fix is five stars, the service tech charges are shady. The way it was explained to me is, they charge $125 for diagnostics of each issue your vehicle has. For instance, if you have a sensor that’s an issue and a tire issue the diagnostic fee is would be $250 on top of any fix… I had a backup sensor issue and they couldn’t get it to activate (I sent them three videos of it going off randomly)… they charged me the diagnostic fee when I took it back the second time.

They couldn't find the problem for four service visits

They couldn't find the problem for four service visits and kept giving me lame reasons for the problem

They sold me the truck with the electrical problem. I brought it in and they replaced the battery. It only got worse and each time I brought it in they said there was no problem. Finally when it wouldn't start they kept it until they found the problem and told me my $3000 service contract didn't cover it and Tenvoorde didn' feel any responsibility. They stuck me for $1300+ for something that was there when I bought it. I guess with Tenvoorde it's "Let the Buyer Beware. I feel I shouldn't have to pay for something that was there when I bought it
