I do not think a dealership should be allowed to schedule

I do not think a dealership should be allowed to schedule a test drive for a vehicle and then sell the vehicle before the person that wants to test drive it gets to. I understand first come first serve to an extent but still it's very disappointing.

Excellent sales approach, friendly staff.

Excellent sales approach, friendly staff. Jerry kept up with me changing my mind overnight, went in early and secured a car that was better than what I was initially looking for, at the price I planned on paying for a pre-owned vehicle. Test-drive, changed my mind, financing, new car in less than 24hrs. Zero issues.

If I could give them a zero I would the people were very

If I could give them a zero I would the people were very pushy bought a truck and that was it got there warranty what a crock of bull that was driving it home the check engine light came on we will fix it yeah right took it back we don't do ford's why sell them ? Took it to a dealer ship the dealership got it running right 2 weeks later when you morons found out we will by it back get real they never wanted to help settle the deal never again but holes & crocks

Shady and untrustworthy

I went to this dealership for the first time, I believe on 9/26/2020. I looked at a Vehicle. During the process, I was told they don't haggle. They offered me a paltry $880 for my used vehicle, even though another dealership offered me $3500. After going home, and calling the next day, I was told the vehicle was sold. 3 days later I get a call from Vern Johnson(dealer) saying the finance fell through. It seems weird it took 3 days for them to waste on an unqualified buyer, but I was told it happens all the time. So I rush back to look again. I told Vern I had found a recall on the vehicle the first time I looked, even though Vern said there was none. When I went back the second time, I also noticed the wheels had changed. I mentioned the tires and Vern, and his manager tried to convince me, a woman, that the old tires were found to be faulty, when It was never mentioned the first time I stopped. He would have sold that to me with those tires, but had switched them, in the 3 days, since my first visit. I mentioned the clear coat chipping on the front end. Vern said they don't paint things. Only touch up, as he pointed to a guy working outside, at the end of the used car building. He went in to look at something, as I watched a guy spray white paint on a vehicle, and watched the paint fly in the wind, across the used car lot. Vern also mysteriously found the recall, he tried to claim wasn't there. vern also said one more thing-they put no money into any trade-ins, if possible. They're in the business of making money, not being honest, in my opinion. Vern lied right to my face, multiple times. Unless you are forking over a lot of money for a car, that is certified, or under great warranty, I would not trust this place at all.I left, and I'm never going back.

We were very happy with the service we received.. we...

We were very happy with the service we received.. we scheduled a 65,000 mile checkup and she reviewed our history and told us a number of those things had been done a couple yrs ago saving us about 300 dollars. We were very happy about that. Appreciated the savings we received.

Came in without reservation. First time using Honda service. Left vehicle. They worked me into their schedule and everything went very well. Pur our vehicle in Aug from dealership. Good relationship with dealer. 1st Honda we have a ver owned. 😉👍
