Honda of the Avenues

My warranty was somehow voided even though we paid for the extend warranty package on top of what we normally get when buying a new car. We came in the first time for an oil change and they said it was voided but they will fix it for us. They didn’t! This time when we came in to get our oil change, Troy was excellent and helped us like he said. highly recommend Troy to anyone.

I worked with Morris Rashwan and Troy Smith while purching a 2016 Honda HR-V. They both worked to get me to the finance deal I wanted. When I asked Troy to not run my credit a bunch of times he was transparent and truthful when he told me how many times he would run it. They were helpful and knew a lot about the car I wanted.

My experience was awesome. Charles, the salesman, really worked with me to keep within my budget and Troy in finance made sure that I left with all of the warranties and coverages I would need still at a reasonable cost. They are great 🙂
