Everyone I have ever dealt with, be it over the phone or in person, was genuinely nice. Family owned businesses like this are rare and it's a shame because there is a peace of mind I felt during my entire time there that you just can't get with bigger dealers. A year later and when I call in they still remember who I am. The car I purchased (2009 Infiniti) is still running and looking great and I just don't know if I could have found a better deal for it.
