Honest and Fair

What more can you ask for? Honest and friendly people (Ron and Ted are great!), Fair pricing (Best price we found in 6 weeks of searching) and an easy no pressure environment to explore. I am not usually a big fan of smaller lots, but these guys don't fit any mold. They are truly old-school and keep things simple, which is a compliment. No hype, No gimmicks. This is how car shopping should be.

Won't ever buy or recommend Teds to anyone.

Bought a Ford Explorer, beautiful SUV, But who ever works on there cars, is very good at rigging cars to run good for a little while and then they Blow up. I've had mine for less than a month, I've replaced the radiator, water pump, oil pan gasket, and part of the rear axle. $1500.00 later that I paid, which I wasn't happy with but I ate the cost, now the next day after all that I have the same problem that I took it in for, now I need a new motor. Ted found me a motor for $2700.00 and change, I live a 45 minutes away from there, they me to bring it to there people to fix, and I pay the bill! NOT happening, I would not recommend TEDS to anyone! Let's see how long this review stays up, the last one I wrote they removed

Superior Service

Just bought an Infiniti G35 Sport Coupe and worked with Ron and Ted. Both were helpful and honest. As of today (4 days later) I am extremely happy with the car and the whole process with Teds.

Great Customer Service !!

Picked up my Lexus from Ted's auto sales this week. Very surprised to find when i picked it up that Ron had new wiper blades put on the car and a full tank of gas. Considering we never discussed any of that and they took upon themselves to do so ! was very happy and will recommend others to Ted's.. Thanks Ron! We will be back soon.

friendly place to buy a car or truck

i stopped in expecting high pressure sales and left knowing I found a new dealership worth sending my friends to. ron was awesome, explaining the state laws for titles and insurance, and was very friendly during the process. there was no pressure and I was in and out in an hour driving my used truck home. this is a must stop if your looking for a used vehicle.

Ted's Auto Experience Part 2.

I wrote I got a 2006 Mazda 3 from Ted's, it had a couple bulbs out I replaced, no big deal, and the ignition switch was bad - it dinged like the key was in the ignition even when it wasn't. I called the Mazda dealership in the area first to find out how much it would cost to fix. $200 just for the part. Then I called Ted's. (I fully expected them to say the car was sold as-is and they wouldn't do it.) This wasn't the case at all. I spoke with Ron, the same salesman who had sold me the car. He set up an apointment with Gearheads ( a local garage they use ) for the same day. I drove the car in, was told yes there was an issue, and they'll need to take apart the steering column to determine what's wrong. All of which Ted's will pay for. Overall, this has been my best buy experience ever. Ron was great during the buying process, and was super helpful when the problem with the ignition was found. Ted's will definately be my first choice when I'm looking for a car in the future.

Low Pressure Experience.

Bought a 2006 Mazda 3 from Ted's yesterday. The experience itself was good. The person who helped me, I believe his name was Ron, was very friendly, and outgoing. After a test drive, I fell in love with the car, and was able to get it that day - not bad for a Saturday. I did notice a few problems after I drove the car off the lot. One of the headlights was out. It was a quick fix, and something I should have checked. Glove box light was out, also a quick fix. FOB didn't work when I got home. After checking some Mazda forums found out this was a common problem with the ignition switch. Right now, it's more of an annoyance. I'll call Ted's tomorrow and see if they're willing to fix it. Overall though, there was nothing wrong with the car that would have prevented me from buying it. Mechanically, the car is great. The engine sounds strong. The car's a 5 speed manual, it shifts smooth and there are no problems with the clutch or transmission. I definately feel like I got a good car at a fair price.

Best buying experience ever!

I have never had a more relaxing car buying experience. Everyone was very helpful. This dealership has a family fell without the hipe or high pressure you get at other dealerships.

Great Old Fashioned Service

Had been looking for a while for a 2003 Rav4L to get into my price range since I had to turn it back in on a lease when new many years ago. Found they had one almost exactly (even down to the same color) on their lot and I jumped to go see it. Everyone there makes you feel right at home and no high pressure sale tactics. They treat you like dealerships used to do. I had a great experience there and will recommend to all my friends.

Loving My New Cadillac !!!

Looked High and Low for my dream car on the Internet for a straight month till i found it at Ted's Auto Sales. the Staff was great from start to finish !! Found a new dealer for life !! I'll be back again !!
