    Was charged 3hrs of labor at $145/hr to change out an alternator. They were already in their to replace a spooling valve. I could have done the work... myself for that. 4 bolts and 1 electrical connection. They estimated $2000 and didn't back off the charge and provide a real service fee. Never going back!

    Met with Chance at Cape Girardeau Honda. I was wanting to drive a Pilot to see if I would be comfortable in it. He was very knowledgeable and showed... me the important features of the vehicle. During the drive we talked about my plans and he at no point pressured me. After the drive he told me if he was able to come up with something that met my needs he would contact me and I told him if I decided on something else I would contact him.

    I purchased a new Civic for my wife from Cape Girardeau Honda last week. My salesman was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I normally feel... very intimidated when buying a car - its a process that is very stressful. He made me feel as if I were a valued customer and not some poor sucker who needed a car. I am on online shopper, so I got price quotes before setting foot on their lot. Cape Girardeau Honda's price quote was very competitive with the other dealers. My negotiation was simply showing my salesman the printed out copy of my price quote. --He did offer me other services, but they were optional. I could've done without the mountain of extras, but what dealership doesn't try to add on extra services? Some of them seemed like they would be good ideas for certain customers. Now my wife is driving a new Civic and she is very happy, which means I am happy, too! We will certainly be back.
