As a matter of business practice, not contacting an interested customer is a totally inexcusable occurrance.

Flew halfway across the country to purchase a rarer vehicle that they happened to have, which they knew and I feel like they used against me when it came to arriving at a fair deal for the car. While it does run very well, they were also very ready to allow me to drive it off the lot without revealing the true condition of the car. The locks don’t work properly on either of the rear doors, the sunroof does not open, the motor for the wiper fluid does not work, and the key to the fuel cap does not work (they encouraged me to break the lock). All but the last of these things, the sales person acknowledged knowing about when it was pointed out to him upon inspection, yet failed to reveal to me before I flew from Texas to Florida to look at the car. I sincerely believe that he would have allowed me to drive off the lot with out revealing these issues to me. It also was seriously low on coolant and in desperate need of an oil change, two things also not revealed to me in spite of knowing it was going to be driving roughly 1600 miles back home. Also, ladies be warned, you’ll deal with some really misogyny. After being only in contact with me before arriving in Florida, filling out paperwork of ownership with only my name on it, and signing off on a loan in only MY name, the salesman had the AUDACITY to had the keys and paperwork to my BOYFRIEND. Buyers beware, I can’t express enough that you should avoid this dealership at all costs.

Sold me a car that my mechanic said had no errors. Later after breaking down it was found that all the codes had been deleted before the sale. Came back with numerous codes after the sale was complete. I wonder how people like this sleep at night, lying so they can take money from low income people to support themselves? Karma will get them. In the meantime don't trust these scoundrels

I was in the market to purchase a reliable used car for my daughter for under $5k. We had been all over town for a couple of weeks. We finally landed at Sensible Choice Saturday and immediately knew this experience was going to be different. The office was clean and welcoming. Wayne was our salesperson - he was exactly what we needed. I told him what we were looking for, he showed us what he had in his inventory and told us to take a look at which ones we were interested in. We looked at a few cars and test drove a couple of them. We found our car without feeling pressure. Wayne was incredibly helpful and gave us a positive car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Sensible Choice and specifically Wayne.

I have purchased several cars from Sensible choice over the past few years, so when it was time to get a new car for my wife recently, we naturally went to them first. The salesman, Wayne, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner, John, is a great guy and very reasonable (even if he is from Baltimore, lol). We found a model that fit the style we were looking for and at a price we thought was very fair. We would recommend Sensible Choice to anyone looking for a used car!

Purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue with appropriate mileage to convert to a tow-behind (motorhome), and have to say that the car has exceeded all my expectations so far! I think I might use it also for perfectly normal "travel", it drove that well! They took care of a few minor issues before picking up the car, as they had said they would. The price was nearly $ 2000 below comparable 2008 Saturn Vue with similar mileage and condition! The buying process was simple, they were absolutely straight with no hidden fees or other tricks. Never bought a used car before (always new), but this truly was an eye-opening and positive experience!

Bought my first car here in May 2015. Everyone was helpful and honest. My car is a 2003 Hyundai Sonata and was pleased to see it had been washed and detailed when I went to take it home! Very honest about the value of the cars and what's wrong with them. I was overwhelmed deciding what car would be best for me but they give enough space to not feel heckled into a certain car and they are very fair with prices. I plan on buying every car I get from here!

Just bought my 2nd vehicle at Sensible Choice.This time I bought a 2010 Nissan Versa for my wife.She had not even seen the car before we went to pick it up and this car did not disappoint.It is in perfect condition with only 67000 miles.Once again it was worth the 65 mile drive from Polk County.Got a great price and my wife just adores this car.These guys always have the best prices.This exact car with higher mileage costs $2000 more in my area.I try to buy local but have never regretted driving the extra distance.I like the fact that all the same people are still there.Kris and Wayne both helped with the transaction and both of them always provide great service.I use to dread the car buying experience but these guys really make it so easy and painless. After traveling all the way from Palm Coast we were a little hesitant to buy from a dealer so far away. The car I initially went to see turned out not to be the one for me but while we were there I was drawn to this little PT cruiser sitting in the back of the lot. Guess you could say it was love at first sight. The dealer was more than happy to bring it around for us and allow us to take a solo test drive (which was rather refreshing). The little car ran like a dream and we decided it was the little runabout I needed. They were terrific in price and had little or no pressure. As an unexpected bonus as we were leaving the owner (not good at names) gave us $50 to cover the gas it cost us to drive all the way over to deal with him. That is almost unheard of in this day and age and in my book gave him way more positive feedback than anything I can think of.

I have bought five cars from John, he is always below Blue Book in prices. He is extremely honest and a pleasure to do business with. Anytime I need a car or one of my kids needs a car I go to Sensible Choice first.
